We hired Chris to do our roof a few years ago. At first we were happy with the price and job, but soon after the roof was completed, our roof started leaking substantially, causing severe damage to the interior of our home. We reached out …

Asked them to come out to give a quote for new eavestrough one 2 sides of house. Owner comes looks says ill get you a quote later tonight. Day comes nothing for days go by still nothing and no returned calls. Was a cash job too which he was interested in. Impression of this company is unprofessional turning down “small jobs by ghosting customer”. Sad really dont waste your time considering this company

Absolutely terrible service. The contractor accepted my deposit and committed to a date to have the work completed. He signed his name on the contract. He was 3 months late for the first half of the job and Never finished the second half and refused to return my deposit. The quality of the roofwork is unknown, but i do know that i was picking up nails for the half of their job from my DRIVEWAY, and garbage for months after the work was done. Save your time, and save your money. Update: ~2years later just found that my roof is leaking, and I am still finding nails in my driveway!! so many regrets with CTL roofing.

Owner is a drunk who drinks on site and takes over a week on every job.

Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever hired in 35 years of home ownership. CTL installed a flat roof on our home, a very expensive job that included a new membrane and insulation layer. The roof developed leaks within a year of installation and follow-ups for repair went unanswered, promised but never done and simply ignored after several attempts to have the owner, Chris Ladas come to complete the repairs. We eventually hired a roofer who found a tear in the membrane - owing to expansion not allowed for in the original installation - and worse, a seam that had two-sided adhesive to join but tape was not pulled from one side, allowing the seal to be open for a 10-inch opening. Do NOT engage this contractor.

Chris saved my roof. Like most people this winter our snowfall is incredible. The snow and ice build up on my roof was getting dangerous and causing leaking into the house. I called Chris and he came that day after 10 hours of plowing. He saw my problem right away and gave me an excellent quote to remove the snow and a large portion of the ice. He showed up 2 days later and got to work. The job turned out to be much bigger and yet he stood by his quote. Very impressed with his work I have hired him to do my snow removal for the remainder of this winter.

Chris did a great job cleaning out my driveway. He texted in advance his ETA the night of the storm and was prompt. His prices are reasonable.
