  Foul mouths, rude language and conversations and for the whole neighborhood to hear. Not very professional at all. Saw someone peeing in the yard once too.

  Non existent customer service. Tanya lies to you and treats you like you're stupid and won't notice. So far, you've kept your word on when you would arrive zero times. Why do you tell people you will book them in and then not show up, no phone call, no email, no text, nothing. What type of business practise is this?

  Worst .... they lied about being finished and then demand payment anyway. They didn't vent our roof properly when installing the metal roof so in time we would have mold. So if you had a roof done by these guys have it inspected immediately as they cut corners to save time and money on their end but jeopardize your home. So beware and don't use them. As for saving time lol. We are on month 4 of this nightmare and they won't fix any issue. Damaged most of our rain gutters . Scratches all over. But hey that wasn't them. So beware, they lie and claimed to be done when they aren't just to go on to the next job

  What a great experience - start to finish! Great response to all my questions from the company from the outset, with competitive rates. FVR treated us like they WANTED to do the work and be accommodating, other companies i contacted did not even get back to me in a timely fashion or didn't show up to quote at all. Fast, friendly crew did the job (they listen to good music too lol) cleaned up everything as if they were never there - the new roof looks great!

  We've used Fraser Valley Roofing before at a different property, and I can’t say enough good things about them. After reaching about damage from a wind/rain storm, they arranged for someone to come out very quickly—which I truly did not expect and greatly appreciated. The technician arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, fixed the issue efficiently, and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was. This is exactly the level of service I’ve come to expect from Fraser Valley Roofing, but receiving it in the middle of flooding and windstorms, and in a remote area, went well beyond expectations. To top it off, the rain became torrential later that day, and their quick response undoubtedly prevented much bigger issues. Outstanding service, reliability, and professionalism. Their invoices have always been reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Fraser Valley Roofing without hesitation.

  Fraser Valley Roofing has been in business for a long time, for a reason! I recommend them to clients for roof replacements, and or roof repairs. Their office staff are helpful and polite, their work crews keep their jobsites clean, and the finished product is flawless!

  Showed up same day to measure for a quote. steve even went up on the icy roof and secured my tarps that had come off in the overnight wind. Very appreciative of that kindness.

  Wonderful experience with this company starting with fast roof inspection from Jamie (??) to dealing with Amber in the office to a great crew led by Les. Amber was fantastic with keeping us informed with all we needed to know and explaining why certain things regarding our roof needed doing. The roofers were amazing. Les has an amazing crew. They kept us informed and brought my husband up to show him everything that was being done. The crew kept cleaning around the house which was fantastic as we have a pup who likes to eat everything. Definitely would recommend this company.
