Frankie did our roof maintenance/certification a few months ago. We had a leak in our kitchen last week and he came out the next day to take care of the leak. Frankie is very responsive and reliable. We are so happy that we found him.

Frankie was fantastic to work with! He gave a prompt, reasonable estimate and started the job the very next day. He kept us updated with progress photos and was incredibly thorough. Our roof had pigeon damage under the clay tiles, which he repaired, and he added chicken wire and pigeon spikes that are secure yet discreet, preserving the look of our roof. Highly recommend Frankie for any roof maintenance or repair!
