I expressed caution and using Fortress Roofing. They have installed two roofs for our company. One is shingle roof, and one TPO roof. TPO roof leak last year and caused interior damage to our building. Supposedly it was fixed. This last storm, the TPO roof had a major leak and has again damaged our building. Even after many calls to Fortress Roofing we are getting the runaround. They definitely do not serve their customers after the sale. To ignore a roof that you put on that is now leaking and causing damage and is still under warranty is poor customer service. Please consider the lack of post installation service when you deal with Fortress Roofing.

Had a worker named Robert come out last Wednesday (4/29) to look at the roof. He showed up, talked to us before he went on the roof and said he would go up and then have to talk to the repairman and then maybe even comeback. Since then we …

Hi Kels, I'm sorry you did not get the follow up communication that you should have received. I don't know if you only called the rep on his cellphone? I checked out phone logs on our office line and did not see that you left any messages on the office number. I hope you got your needs taken care of but if you didn't and want to give us another try i would be glad to personally take care of it. Again we apologize for not getting back to you.

Fortress are reliable, fairly priced and do excellent work. They’ve worked on 3 different properties for me and each time their quote has come in lower than the other bids and their work has been perfect.
