I had an outstanding experience with Foos Construction. Courtland and his crew showed up when they said they'd show up, clearly communicated scope of work details, were polite and respectful to my property and cleaned up all construction debris. I feel like I made a great decision choosing him for my job.

FOOS construction helped me through a crisis of a roof leak I didn’t know I had in the middle of a very busy period for them. I was having new insulation installed in my attic when the contractor notified me of several leaks in my flat roof. Seeing the neon yellow Foos Trucks running around in my area and asking my neighbor about some work she had done with Foos, I called them. They came out right away and we decided to replace my roof based on age and type. My flat roof was actively leaking and he removed the melting snow to stop further damage. Courtland knew my insulation was removed and time was of the essence due to the insulation contractor needing to get the job done. He fit my roof replacement in within a week and did an excellent job. He showed up just as planned and got the work done on time for my insulation contractor to come in and finish! His crew was great, he was awesome and I’d call them in a heartbeat again!

Chose Foos const. after obtaining several other estimates. Foos was an excellent choice. On schedule, knowledgeable supervisor on site, good communication before, during and after the job., honest. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive but the right company. Highly recommended.

We have worked with Foos Construction for two projects. First we had our back room totally rebuilt. We were so happy with the workmanship, professionalism and final product that we also had our flat roof redone. I would recommend Foos Construction as we were kept abreast of all challenges and progress. We are already making a list for the next project.

I highly recommend Foos Construction. They were very professional, courteous and did an excellent job reconstructing an existing 1/2wall and installing railings on my sundeck. At the end of each day, everything was tidy and clean.

Working with Foos Construction was an absolute dream from start to finish. From the very first consultation, Courtland listened carefully, offered smart, creative solutions, and made me feel completely confident in the process. His craftsmanship is top-notch — every detail is precise, polished, and clearly built to last. What really sets Foos Construction apart is their professionalism and integrity. They showed up exactly when they said they would, kept the work area clean, and communicated updates EVERY step of the way. There were no surprise costs, no corners cut — just honest, high-quality work delivered right on schedule. I LOVE our new space!! I highly recommend Foos Construction and cannot wait to work with Courtland again!

Highly recommend Courtland and his team for their professionalism and quality craftsmanship. We had a very complex job in the replacement of the roof on our 1910 Victorian.  Our roof has many peaks and valleys as well as surrounding areas of flat roof for the pole gutter system.  Aesthetics and workmanship were incredibly important to us and we couldn't be happier with the results.  Courtland helped work with us through the product selection process so we were confident with the final choices by the time work was scheduled. Not only was our aged roof in bad shape, but the underlying decking had many areas of rot or broken 115 year old planks.  Having Foos Construction do the work ensured that these were not just covered up again, but addressed properly with capable carpentry. On-site, the team was courteous and professional keeping things clean and in good order day-to-day with such a messy job.  We communicated regularly as work progressed so there weren't any lingering surprises.  Courtland shared drone photos so we could actually see how the job was moving along, giving us peace of mind on such a huge job that is largely out of sight without getting up on a ladder. Seeing other work Foos Construction has done in the neighborhood, we had high hopes for how the job would turn out and the team exceeded our expectations!

Doug We are grateful you entrusted us with your project. It’s not everyday we get to work on a roof that demands so much thought and detail. We are just as happy with how things turned out! Awesome company to work with. Courtland and Nicole are always communicating with the process before and during the roof replacement, one or the other on site during the work. Cleanup was done completely like they weren’t even there. Came back after the dumpster was removed to make sure any debris that may of fallen out of dumpster was cleaned up from the street. HIGHLY recommend them!
