i picked this remodeling team after seeing the beautiful bathroom renovation work damian completed for a nearby home in Midland, and it turned out to be a great choice. damian remodeled a bathroom, built a tiled patio that needed some excavation, added a glass-door cabinet as a fully built-in replacement for an old closet, and took care of many small issues around the house like crooked toilet paper holders and hard-to-slide doors. damian listened closely to what i wanted and offered smart ideas that made the finished remodel look even better. His suggestions on tile direction, trim details, and edging really improved the final result. The home already would have looked much better, but those extra design recommendations made it stand out. He was also very patient and flexible whenever i changed my mind during the project, which happened more than once. The pricing changes that came with those updates were fair and understandable, and the whole process felt clear once everything was moving along. He also worked with very skilled subcontractors. i had almost given up on finding wood flooring that would blend with the older floors from a previous addition, but his flooring specialist matched it extremely well. The carpet repair work was also done so smoothly that the seams were very hard to notice. Like with most home renovation projects, it helps to keep an eye on progress and confirm details along the way so everything is installed the way you expect. That made the experience even better, and the completed work added real beauty and function to the house.

We recently completed a full home remodel with this team in Midland, and the whole experience went very well. They joined the project early during planning, helping with budgeting, scheduling, and scope so the renovation stayed on track and matched the homeowner's goals. Their communication was clear throughout the process, and they made it easy to coordinate design choices, materials, and construction details. The work was finished efficiently and with great craftsmanship. One of the standout parts of the remodel was a detailed custom tile layout in the primary bathroom, and the installation was done with real care and precision. They were also flexible with custom design features and helpful whenever small jobsite issues came up, offering practical solutions that kept the remodel moving smoothly. Gary and the crew were professional, skilled, and easy to work with, and we would be happy to partner with them again on future remodeling projects.

the home remodeling team in Midland is awesome and offers a really helpful service. i truly appreciated their visit and the many benefits they brought to my home. the whole time the staff were here, i was impressed. they found several areas where i could save on electricity, and they also improved the home’s energy efficiency while making it more comfortable, safe, and functional, even in a newer house. it also made me think about how many more upgrades and repairs they could spot in an older home during a remodeling or home improvement visit. i can’t list everything here, but once you have them come out, you will understand what i mean. i could not stop talking about such a great home improvement service because so many homeowners could benefit from it. i kept thinking that i should have scheduled the appointment much sooner. the process to contact the staff and set up a home visit was very simple and easy. in addition, the team was polite, professional, respectful, and kind. they explained the work clearly, pointed out practical remodeling and efficiency improvements, and helped make the house feel better suited for everyday living in the texas heat.

Usually, the idea of hiring a contractor feels stressful, but working with company: Florentino Brothers Roofing & Construction turned out to be a very smooth and positive home remodeling experience. From the first consultation through the final walkthrough for our two bathroom renovations, everything felt clear, organized, and well handled. We were never confused about pricing, timeline, materials, or the quality of the craftsmanship. The crew worked efficiently, stayed professional, and kept the remodeling process moving in a way that made our home improvement project much easier than expected. We are very pleased with the finished bathrooms and with each step that helped get us there. most of our praise goes to our project manager liam. We cannot say enough about how well he handled the job. His service was excellent, and he stayed available day, night, and even on weekends when questions came up. His advice was professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He kept a positive attitude throughout the renovation, even when a few challenging parts of the construction work came up. most importantly, he truly cared about us as homeowners and not just as customers. We now have two beautiful updated bathrooms, a much better living space, and a great experience we will remember. i would gladly recommend this team for bathroom remodeling, interior upgrades, and other home renovation work in Midland.

We hired a remodeling team for a major home renovation that included a custom kitchen remodel, a full bathroom update, raising the living room ceiling with decorative wood beams, and adding recessed lighting and solar tube lights in the hallway. From the start, Damian provided a clear design plan, budget estimate, and project schedule, which made the whole process easy to understand and well organized. The crew stayed on track with the original plan, timeline, and pricing, and the craftsmanship from Gary and Liam was outstanding. We asked for a few changes during the remodel, and they handled every adjustment quickly and without any trouble. They were professional, respectful, and easy to have in our home each day. We have completed several home improvement projects over the years, including interior updates and finish work, and this was easily the best remodeling experience we have had. The attention to detail, communication, and quality of the finished kitchen, bathroom, ceiling work, and lighting upgrades really stood out. My wife and I highly recommend this team for any home remodeling, renovation, or improvement project.

We recently completed a bathroom remodel with Florentino Brothers Roofing & Construction, and we are extremely happy with the results. This was our first big home renovation, so we needed extra help with the layout, finish selections, fixtures, lighting, and overall design direction. damian and nicholas were a great team to work with from start to finish. They handled every part of the remodeling process with care. They walked us through our options, brought tile and material samples, took care of permits, helped us choose the right lighting for the space, and made sure we got the exact shower fixture we wanted. Their communication was excellent the whole time by phone, text, and email, and they kept the project moving without long delays. One thing we really valued was how closely they managed the job site. One of them checked on the crew every day, monitored the progress, and made sure the bathroom work was being done the right way. We care a lot about the small details, and damian was very patient, listened to our concerns, and stayed focused until everything looked right and met our expectations. They also did a very good job keeping the remodel organized and cost-conscious. Even when a vanity delivery took longer than expected, they stayed on top of it and kept following up to help move things along. That extra effort showed us they truly cared about the final result and about making the experience easier for us. Their pricing was not the lowest, but we chose them because we trusted their workmanship, project management, and honesty. It turned out to be the right choice. Our new bathroom looks beautiful, feels well built, and has the clean updated finish we wanted for our home. the whole process was smooth, the communication was clear, and we had very little stress during construction. we would gladly recommend them to anyone planning a bathroom renovation or other home remodeling project. i really appreciated their care, and it was a very good experience for u
