  We had our roof done with flagstone in August and the roof came out fine. Its the accounting department that sucks. They billed us for our roof as well as other items not repaired at the time of the invoice. I understand delays but after the hurricane/tropical storm Harvey, the did not complete the work until the week of Christmas. But get this, they sent us letters stating that they would add surcharges for non payment BEFORE the work was complete. They sent incorrect information to the Insurance company which delayed payment. They also changed the invoice on today increasing it by $789.00. What the heck is that for???? Conveniently they sent it right before they closed for the day. Can you freaking imagine that!!!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience with Flagstone, and especially with Anthony Ledford. I can not say enough great things about him. He met the insurance adjuster at my house to go over everything, and work to make sure we were taken care of. Scheduling with him was a breeze, and every step of the process was easy. The crew that did the installation was amazing and very respectful. They did such a great job, and worked their butts off to make everything look good. I highly recommend Flagstone and Anthony Ledford. Just an incredible experience from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier!

  I set up an appointment for an inspection. When I called, I spoke to the A.I. system and didn't know it was A.I. until halfway through the conversation. It was extremely sophisticated and advanced, it was also very helpful in getting me scheduled. Once the appointment was made, Anthony Ledford Jr. came out and did the inspection and did a phenomenal job. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.   I can't say enough. what y'all did for my father in law is beyond words. Your project manager Anthony was the best. He made sure every aspect of the project was done 100% accurate and any flaws he made sure was taken care of quick fast and in a hurry. Yall are blessed to have this guy and that excellent crew that came. They were very friendly and very funny at times. and to me that matters so much. y'all keep up the great work. y'all keep being a blessing.

  I had my roof and gutters replaced after a storm and they were amazing! One of the few contractors that not only completed the job in a timely manner, but were great to work with and enjoying the great workmanship to this day. Highly recommend
