I called Fl Roofing Services for a roof leak repair, and they scheduled a free onsite inspection very quickly. Gavin checked the attic, got up on the roof, and found the issue right away: a hole in the plywood under the shingles that was letting water in during Miami rain and heat. He explained the problem in simple terms and completed the repair in a clean, professional way by covering the damaged spot with a metal plate and sealing around it carefully with caulk to help stop future leaks. He also added extra sealant around the nearby shingles for added protection and made sure everything looked secure before leaving. The whole roofing repair was fast, efficient, and gave me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

I usually do not leave reviews, but after such a great experience with a roofing company, I wanted to share it. For a long time, we had a leak coming from the roof or the upper balcony area. We had already worked with several roofers, and none of them could fully fix the problem. It was very frustrating, and we were starting to lose hope. After a neighbor recommended this roofing team, we decided to call. On the first visit, the source of the leak was not easy to spot, so they arranged for roofing specialists to return for a second inspection. On that next visit, they identified the most likely cause and quickly completed the needed roof repair work to solve the issue. Because of our past experience, we were careful not to get our hopes up too soon. But after many strong Miami rainstorms and hot, humid weather, we have not seen a single drop of water. The repair has held up beautifully, and we are incredibly relieved. Their expertise, follow-up, and attention to detail really stood out. Nicolas was especially helpful, always quick with scheduling and answering our questions. We are so thankful for the professional service and would absolutely recommend this roofer to anyone dealing with leaks or storm-related roof problems.

I highly recommend this roofing company in Miami. I had a small leak on my roof, even though they weren’t the ones who originally installed it. They worked hard to find where the water was coming in, and after a heavy rain, I noticed the …

Getting a new roof put on my home in Miami felt overwhelming at first, but after I reached out to FL Roofing Services, everything went smoothly. Tony was excellent at answering all my questions, explaining each step, and keeping me updated throughout the process. He responded quickly to my calls and sent over all the paperwork I needed without delay. The price for the roof and gutters was very fair, and I was happy with how straightforward everything was. The team arrived on time every day, worked efficiently, and made sure my property stayed clean. They kept me informed whenever they found additional work that needed to be addressed, even if it wasn’t in the original estimate. Now my house looks fantastic with its new roof and gutters. The whole crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. If you’re looking for reliable roofing work or home improvement projects, I highly recommend this company.

fl roofing services just finished replacing my roof and did an outstanding job from start to finish. tony was the field rep who helped guide me through the process, and the whole installation crew was very professional. after getting several other quotes, their price was one of the best and included top quality roofing materials. the team showed up early in the morning and managed to finish the entire roof in just one day, even though we had a couple of quick rain showers that slowed things down a little. when they were done, the yard was spotless and you couldn’t even tell roofers had been there—except for the great new shingles. the workmanship was excellent and i really appreciate how careful and skilled the crew was. overall, i had a very positive experience and would definitely suggest them to anyone looking to replace a roof.

We have worked with this roofing company twice now. The first time, we had a persistent leak that we thought was coming from our gutters, but after our gutter specialist tried everything, he suggested it was actually a roof problem. We got four different estimates, and the first three roofers said we needed to replace all or part of our roof. When Tony from this company came out, he found a small issue and fixed it that same week, which took care of the problem. A couple of months later, we noticed water coming down one of our interior walls. Once again, Tony quickly found the cause and repaired it within the week. We have recommended them to many people because they are reliable, quick, and really know what they’re doing when it comes to roofing—especially in Florida’s hot and rainy climate. They truly are fantastic!

I recently had some roof work done and was really impressed with the whole experience. My roof is very steep and high, and it has solar panels installed, which makes getting to a small skylight leak tricky. I reached out to several roofing companies, letting them know they'd need proper equipment like a tall ladder or harnesses to even check it out. Most roofers came by, took one look, and said they couldn’t handle it, then never called back. But when Gavin from the team showed up, he brought a drone to inspect the roof and spent plenty of time flying it around, taking lots of clear photos. He put together an easy-to-understand report showing exactly what was going on. The repair quote they gave me was much lower than what I got from others. Instead of jumping straight to a full skylight or flashing replacement, they recommended starting with the simplest, most affordable fix and testing it first. They really looked out for my budget and only suggested the bigger repair if it was truly needed. Their communication was great, always keeping me updated and explaining things clearly. Overall, this roofing crew is professional, honest, and reliable. I’ll definitely call them again for any future roofing needs!
