  I contacted Fixler about having my roof vent painted. Metals from the vent were leaching into the roof. I called and i was told about the process that would be used for painting (ie special high temp paint was supposed to be used). I was told I would get a call to schedule a time for someone to come out. I never got a call and someone showed up at my door without advance knowledge. I had actually already decided to go with another company that was half the price but since someone was already out i decided to go with Fixler. The worker painted the vent in about 10 mins with Krylon paint and I was charged $300. I was skeptical but it looked ok and i am not an expert so I didnt want to argue. Fast forward to less than a year later and rust marks are bleeding thru the paint. If more time had been taken originally, if better paint and been used and rough areas were sanded, I am sure the paint job would have stayed. I contacted the owner and I was told the original worker would be sent out to fix it. After a month and multiple calls we were told the worker no longer works for the company and the owner said he could send someone else out but it would be $375. Even though all conversations made i sound like it would be covered, the owner said there is no warranty on repair work. Be warned if you use Fixler for repair work, you will overpay and not have a warranty if issues arise less than a year later. I normally dont waste time with reviews but the original job was not performed appropriately and the owner will do nothing about it Response to owners reply: I live in North Royalton which is listed as an area serviced on your homepage. The response is not accurate. The contact was supposed to call us and never did. We never agreed to paying for a second time and the work was never done. You came out to paint the pipe, didn’t do the necessary steps to paint it appropriately and now less than a year later it is leaching on the roof again. If you weren’t able to p

  Dear Jenny, I’m sorry that you are upset as that is never our goal. I would like to remind you that when you contact us last year to paint a pipe we informed you that we didn’t do that type of work and we didn’t service your area. We have not done any previous work for you and the roof was not installed by Fixler Roofing. As you did not accept that response we decided to offer to paint the pipe when we were in the area for you. We do not warranty any repair work on roofs not originally installed by Fixler Roofing. A year later we were contacted by Timothy Roach and asked to paint the pipe again. We explained that we have someone that does repairs and he could contact Timothy directly to schedule and see what he could do. As there was no roofing work involved with this issue he offered to paint it again for a charge. You accepted that and he did so. We may recommend contacting a painting company as this is not a roofing issue and the roof was not installed by Fixler Roofing.

  Phenomenal company to work with. Very experienced and attentive to details. Project began & ended on schedule. High quality workers & end result is a beautiful new roof. We are very happy & would highly recommend Fixler Roofing.

  Hired them to do a complete tear off and shingle replacement including replacing two large skylights. Eight man crew did the job in one day. Workmanship is first class. They were meticulous in cleaning up before they left. The new roof looks great. I recommend them.

  We can refund $300 for the garage roof repair since it didn’t fix the issue, but we can’t warranty any repairs on roofs that we didn’t install. That was stated on the original quote last year. Sorry you were unhappy with your experience with us and hope the issue gets resolved.

  We just had Fixler Roofing come out to inspect a small leak. They were prompt, professional, explained the issue in a way I could understand, took photos, and were so kind. I would call them again without hesitation and highly recommend to the Medina area.

  David and the Fixler Roofing team was a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, professional and spent a significant amount of time discussing our options regarding the quality of materials and the advantages and disadvantages to each. He provided sample materials to ensure we were happy with our choice of color, style and quality and worked within our budget. His team arrived on time and completed the job within his estimated time line. David’s connections with professional venders is second to none. After completing our siding and roof he recommended a seamless gutter vender we used with similar success. I would highly recommend his services regarding roofing and siding. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the work completed.

  Fixler crew arrived at 655 am and by 1100am or so they were cleaned up like they were never there. The roof looks amazing. Dave and his crew did an outstanding job. I will recommend to all I know.
