I had a 20+ year old original skylight loose its seal and was leaking air and letting sand in during our lovely wind. I looked for a roofing contractor and didn’t even get responses from some. Others quoted a high price over the phone probably because they likely didn’t want to be bothered with a small job. Jorge with First Division Roofing responded right away and came to see the project the same day. He quoted a very reasonable price and scheduled the work at my convenience. He was quick professional and timely as well as very courteous. I would highly recommend him if you have roofing issues and I would definitely hire him again. I’m very pleased.

Jorge was very responsive in quoting the job and completing the job. His price was competitive. He shared solid reasoning for why he recommended an approach that involved addressing the basics, but not undertaking unnecessary and costly additional work. Overall a positive experience - thank you First Division Roofing!

After removing tiles for solar, we discovered we need to replace the felt on our roof. Jorge gave us a fair price and didn’t try and oversell what we needed which we greatly appreciated. He was very professional, kept us informed and his crew did a great job. He even stopped by after a heavy rain to make sure everything was okay with the roof. We were very impressed with his company and his attention to detail- so much so we recommended to a friend.

Jorge and his team really came through for us! He was able to get to our house in 20 minutes, was super friendly, and quickly diagnosed the concern we had. He was able to answer all our questions and also made a plan with us to come back for some other roofing issues we were concerned about. Absolutely recommend First Division Roofing!

I had First Division Roofing perform a "remove and replace" of the underlayment on my roof. Jorge bid the job with clarity and finished the job on time and on budget. Broken tiles were replaced and all flashing reinforced. I fully recommend FDR for roofing services they are professional and reliable.

I was getting solar, and last minute, Tesla said I needed to replace the underlayment of the roof. I got several quotes. Nobody was as nice as Jorge. Jorge offered the most competitive price and got the job done super quick. So my solar project did not have to be on hold for as long as I thought it would be. That was stressing me out. No better feeling to have my roof fixed and this stress gone. Other companies were too expensive, didn't seem to care, and had longer wait times. Definitely going with Jorge for future projects and referrals.

My roof was damaged back in March and I was referred by a family friend who observed their work from their home neighbors roofing. Jorge was very professional and his follow up with details are exceptional. His workers are polite and …

I first had Jorge come out to look at a leak in one of my chimney surrounds - he was incredibly responsive and did a fantastic job finding the leak, removing wood that had gotten saturated, and rebuilding the surround, all for a fair price. While on the flat elastomeric roof with him, he pointed out some thin spots and on further examination, I realized that the roof was at the end of its useful life and decided to have him replace the whole roof. (He offered to just patch some areas, but I wanted to be sure I could trust that the roof would hold when we're not around.). Again, a great job, responsive, did what he said he would do when he said he would do it, all for a fair price. He even negotiated with my solar panel contractor (who had to remove the panels so Jorge's crew could do their work, and then reinstall them) to get a better price for the remove/reinstall. I highly recommend Jorge for your roofing needs.

I’ve worked with Jorge on many projects and continue to work with him until this day. His work is amazing and his crew is awesome. I am never disappointed with the roofing jobs that he has provided for me and my customers. His prices are reasonable for being licensed. Thank you First Division!! They do not disappoint!!
