Do not hire! I am beyond disappointed

Came out to give estimate on commercial buildings but after several phone calls asking for it — never heard from them - we think if the owners knew this they wouldn’t be happy losing a $40,000 job - that went to another company.

INCOMPETENT work on my roof earlier this year resulted in massive damage to my home in the EXACT area they worked. I called numerous times and talked with Carmen, the owner’s daughter. She always assured me that her father had been told of my damage and that he would call and come over to assess the damage. He never did either and it’s been over a month. I’ve since hired someone who actually knows how to fix roofs. He showed me photos of their work area where things were either not fixed at all or fixed incompetently. I would not use them again for free, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Incompetent and unprofessional are the two words that best describe my misfortune of hiring the Becerra Bros.

I just had a brand new new roof constructed at my La Quinta house by Becerra Brothers Roofing. They did a fantastic job. I am so happy with my new roof. I want to thank Carmen with all of the detailed and in-depth information that she provided to me regarding the new roof replacement. I also want to thank Gustavo and his team for their great work in removing the old roof and replacing it with a new and high quality roof. Prior to hiring Becerra Brothers Roofing, I had four (4) other estimates by other roofing companies. I hired Becerra Brothers Roofing because they provided me full disclosure information in pricing and a detailed outline in exactly how the new roof would be constructed and completed. I highly recommend Becerra Brothers Roofing for any roofing project that needs to be completed.

Needed a new roof. Went to 4 contractors in Palm Springs. Becerra, Frontline, Desert Concepts, Castro. All were different prices. Frontline didn't even come out to inspect. They used a drone. Then they got the wrong roof. Overpriced. Desert Concepts didn't care to send a quote. Didn't care to get my business. Medium priced. Castro was overbooked so much it would be 2027 before I got my roof. And they didn't care. Becerra was the lowest price and really cared about my business. Turns out they were the most personable and professional. Family business. The sons lay the shingles. The daughter is your customer service contact. You get her personal cell phone. Really happy with their work. The father, Al, comes out to supervise. Great coordination with the inspector which they had to go to Riverside County offices to pull a permit then plan the inspector visit. Wrapped up the job in 3 days. Very stressful getting a new roof. Noise, cost, you can't see the work because you're not up there. These people were really kind and polite and accommodating with my questions. Afterwards I shot a drone of my roof and saw they did an outstanding job. Great price. Glad I did the research to find them.

The owner Alfonso came over and went to check on the roof. Thought I had a leak and he said there was no leak at all. Is very professional Told me what it might be to have a plumber to come and check the ceiling That it could be condensation from the pipes above.
