  Working with Vision Roof Services has been a truly wonderful experience. Our property is in a high‑wind zone and the old roof had long passed its prime, but the crew led by Chris and Don handled everything with professionalism, skill, and care. They were polite, efficient, and completely focused on getting the job done right.   We had some wear on our flat roof after last summer and needed someone reliable to assess the damage.   Seamless throughout process. Nason came to give estimate, answered our questions and sent written estimate in timely manner. The 2 man crew showed up on time and completed the service in one day. Clean up was done, too. The pricing was far below other estimates we received.

  We used Vision Roofing for our Mission Viejo home, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Our roof was old and had shingles under the tiles, so this was a big job. The Vision Roofing crew was professional, fast, and cleaned up thoroughly every day they were here. Their pricing was better than any other company we got estimates from, and they worked with our budget—no pressure, no gimmicks. They finished quickly, were considerate while we stayed in the house, and every person we dealt with was friendly and straightforward. Special thanks to Mike Zapatta, Mike Walsh, and Jacob Pray for answering all our questions during, throughout, and even after the project was completed. If you need a new roof and are tired of the usual sales pitches and inflated quotes, call Vision Roofing. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

  The roofing crew did an outstanding job replacing the underlayment before our solar panels were installed. The workmanship was so good that even the solar installers commented on how good the roof looked. Great price, great service, highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

  We have used Vision on a few roof repairs quite a few years ago and we were extremely pleased with Dave and his crew! Very responsive and confident in Vision’s quality and warranty. As a retired Architect this was very important in that when the time came to re-roof it was an easy choice so, in October of 2021 we had Vision Roof Services do this for us. They were very thorough and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I might have had. No issues whatsoever. On a tile roof, the tiles are only the first layer of protection. For this scope, the existing roof tiles were lifted and stacked so the old underlayment could be removed down to the plywood deck. Once exposed, the wood substrate was inspected before new synthetic tile underlayment was installed across the roof deck. The work also included replacing needed pipe flashings, valley metal, drip edge, penetration flashings, and wood details at hips, ridges, and rakes. After the underlayment and detail work were completed, the existing field and trim tiles were reset, with broken tiles replaced to match the existing roof as closely as possible. This is the kind of work that helps extend the life of a tile roof by addressing the system underneath the tiles — where many roof issues actually begin.
