I highly recommend Finishing Solutions for anyone needing roof replacement or repair. Their team was incredibly professional throughout the entire roof replacement process and did an amazing cleanup job afterward. I especially appreciate that price and the manufacturer's warranty was superior to all other estimates we received.

Finishing Solutions completed a really detailed roofing project for me on a very old building. They had to replace 50% of the roof decking. The crew was very professional, they had all the equipment needed, and they completed the project under budget and 3 days ahead of schedule. This building had been leaking for +20yrs and now, no leaks!!

From all indications, a very reputable company.

Aging commercial flat roofs are a common concern for commercial roofing Pelham AL property owners and Birmingham facility managers. The roofing work shown here reflects the type of commercial roof condition Finishing Solutions reviews during an evaluation. Alabama heat, humidity, heavy rain, and seasonal storms can wear down aging membranes, seams, and flashing over time. A professional inspection can determine whether restoration is practical or replacement deserves consideration based on drainage, roof structure, and remaining service life. That clear assessment helps owners plan work, protect inventory and interior operations, and reduce the risk of unexpected downtime. At Finishing Solutions, we evaluate and restore commercial roofing systems for properties across Birmingham, Pelham, and Central Alabama. With more than 20 years serving Alabama, our recommendations are based on actual roof conditions: not a one-size-fits-all approach.
