The job is not complete, I am still missing shingles

  Reply from the business

Hi Lisa, We take concerns like this seriously, which is why we returned to your home to perform a second inspection after seeing your review. During that visit, we found no missing shingles on the front of the home, where the original repair was completed. We did find one additional shingle missing on the right side of the roof, along with several shingles that had begun sliding after the recent storms. Although these conditions were outside the scope of the original repair, our technician replaced the missing shingle and secured several additional loose shingles while on site. Our technician also attempted to contact you during the visit to explain what was found, but unfortunately was unable to reach you. Based on our follow-up inspection and the additional repairs completed, we respectfully believe this review does not accurately reflect the work performed or our commitment to resolving your concerns. We would greatly appreciate it if you would consider updating or removing your review. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our office. We're always happy to help. 713-804-7663 Genesis Elite Roofing LLC
