  This company is shady and makes home owners feel like they are stupid or don’t have the knowledge to comprehend the insurance language. I told them my mother n law didn’t have enough damage and that we already had someone look at the roof. They filed a claim without her consent. Allstate adjuster showed up denied my roof of any damage & now I have no insurance because they dropped her from the previous policy she had. Please whatever you do don’t use this company!!

  Sir you can’t file an insurance claim for someone with out the insurance company getting permission from the homeowner. They are very strict especially Allstate. But it looks like you have us confused with Capps Roofing. We are Capps & Co. Roofing, we don’t show you or your mother n law in our system. I hate to hear you had a bad experience with another roofing company. We always try and help our customers understand the roofing process as you can read from all of our other satisfied customers.   Asked for a quote, was very condescending and made fun of me when I didn't know the terminology. I'll be looking elsewhere. In response, of course you dont see me as a customer, I wouldnt let it get that far. Josh or Justin or James (J something I think) was so rude and unprofessional there is no way I would ever do business with you after the way you spoke to me. Yes, I have a speech impediment and had trouble with some of the phrases but he was downright rude.

  You have the wrong roofing company. Me as the owner or any of my guys would ever make fun of you or anyone else because you didn’t know the correct roofing terminology. We are here to help and educate all customers. Thats why you see nothing but great reviews from our customers.

  We couldn't be happier with our new roof that Josh Capps, Johnny Ray, and the Crew installed for us yesterday. They made the whole experience quick and easy. They also have the best prices around. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
