  this roofing company was excellent from the first call with the sales team and the on site estimate to the finished roof. jermaine was very informative about the roofing materials they use, the ventilation options, and what to expect during the whole process. jermaine was easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and made the estimate feel simple and comfortable. they did a very thorough inspection before starting. lucas checked the attic carefully, spent plenty of time taking photos, and explained the condition of the decking, airflow, and the bathroom vent fans that needed to be routed properly through the roof. that really showed they care about doing the roof system the right way and making sure the home has proper ventilation for florida heat and heavy rain. there was a small weather delay, which can happen with roofing work, but communication was excellent. when i called for an update, they responded very quickly and kept me informed. on install day, the crew arrived early, got right to work, and the whole project moved smoothly from tear off to final cleanup. the foreman, lucas, kept me updated throughout the day and explained each step clearly. the crew was careful around landscaping, plants, and shrubs, and they worked neatly and professionally. they also reused the gutter guards, which was a nice bonus, and installed two bathroom roof vents. cleanup was done thoroughly, and the dumpster was removed promptly. overall, this was one of the best home improvement experiences i have had, and the roof looks great, performs well, and was money well spent.

  The roofing estimate was the most detailed out of all the roofers we spoke with for the job. We did not realize there was storm damage and had planned to replace the roof mainly because it was old. Jermaine was one of the only contractors who clearly pointed out the damage during a careful roof inspection. He also found issues with the skylights, chimney caps, and other parts of the roofing system. Jermaine was thorough and easy to work with, taking time to explain signs of wood rot, worn materials, and spots where more repairs could show up after the old shingles were removed. That helped us know what to expect and avoid surprises once the roofing work started. On an older home, that kind of honesty and experience really matters. What stood out most was how much effort Jermaine put into helping with the insurance process. He spent many hours working with the adjuster, documenting the roof damage, and supporting the claim. Because of his hard work and roofing knowledge, the final claim settlement came in much higher than the original offer.   I called Finest Deltona Roof Repair for a small roofing repair after our roof lost some shingles during a tropical storm. During the inspection, Lucas and Jermaine also found that the chimney flashing and nearby roofing area needed attention. Since they were already on site, they handled that repair right away too.
