  Fine Roofing installed shingles that were defective with blisters and then they, Richard and the other crew boss, didn't know how to calculate how many roof vents to put on my home and the warranty was almost voided because they don't know what they are doing. When the shingle manufacture Malarkey came out to look at the blistered shingles on my roof and said there was not near enough vents and they almost didn't pay on defective shingles because they used less than half of vents required to warranty the shingles and vent the attic. Fine also installed the shingles incorrect causing patterns on the roof and then Richard and their other crew boss told me the patterns or shapes would go away but that was not true and it always had ugly patterns across the roof. They also shingles another house I had that had a sag in a piece of roof decking and I said I'd change it out when they tore off the old shingles but Richard said they would take care of it and change it for me, but he forgot and now I had to hire another roofer to tear off the roof that Fine just put on to repair what Richard said he would do. Richard latter blamed it on something else that was not true and my new roofer said Richard was wrong so it'll cost me a lot of money to tear off the roof because Richard Lied to me that he would change the piece of decking and he didn't. I will never use Fine roofing again. Richard lied to me and it cost me a lot of money. They also don't care enough about customers to learn how to calculate how many vents your house needs so that the warranty is not voided because the attic got too and ruined your shingles on your roof early not only voiding warranty but also reducing the life of your new shingles. I own a lot of rentals and have been doing housing for 25 years. I worry because some shingles didn't lay down and are now sticking up on my $500,000 house.   So my landlord had them fix the roof. they left nails in my driveway i pulled my car in the driveway and got a roofing nail in my tire that day,and just stepped on a nail walking in the grass today. If it weren't for those two incidents says I would have nothing bad to say. But because of that I won't recommend them to anybody.

  Johnie and Jason gave me a great deal on Class 4 impact resistant shingles. They brought a FANTASTIC crew that replaced my entire roof AND added 2 extra roof vents in just 4 hours!!! If you want a GREAT roofing job done for a reasonable price, call Johnie at Fine Roofing!!!

  Took a while to get an estimate but we know they were swamped. Came when they said, got right to it and cleaned up before they left.

  They were fast and effeciant. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My roof looks excellent and they cleaned up every bit of mess. Love it!!
