Start to finish excellence!! They went beyond expectations. Without Exterior Pros. The insurance was denying the hail damage of my roof and their responsibility of coverage! Exterior Pros made it all happen and did an amazing job.. Highly recommend.. , a huge Thank You!!!!

I had some shingles blow off during a couple of high-wind storms. Cody came out and replaced them at a great price and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Cody and his team at Exterior Pros.

Exterior Pros is the roofing company to call when you want someone in your corner helping you all the way through an insurance claim. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful through the entire process. Their pricing is competitive and fair. Owners are there on site monitoring crews to make sure shingles are installed properly, in a professional timely manner, and do an amazing job cleaning up afterwards even during a heat dome weather event!! Hat tip to AJ and Cody, the owners of Exterior Pros of Rapid City.

I can't recommend this roofing company highly enough. From the very beginning, they exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were always prompt, professional, and easy to work with. What really stood out was their honesty. They identified an issue that could be fixed easily and took the time to explain it without trying to upsell us on unnecessary repairs or services. It's refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes doing the right thing over making an extra dollar. Their pricing was fair, their work was high quality, and they delivered exactly what they promised. It's clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, this is it. We'll definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Exterior Pros was amazing to work with. Cody was quick to get out and give us an estimate on our roof. He worked with us on our timeline of selling our home and was easy to reach any time of the day and always responded quickly. Great …

AJ and his team were great to work with! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning design stages to the final cleanup. We were also highly impressed with how the job timing was correlated with all the weather events we had during our remodeling project. Highly recommend!!

This Company & the Owners...& their Employees are seriously the Best!!!..They sent our cul de sac a very detailed flyer, prior to the roof/gutter replacement, outlining their schedule and timing. They showed up, everything was organized and they completed so much work in 1-day and stayed to clean up & organize for the next day! Would highly recommend this Company & their very-hard-working Employees to any residential or commercial property Owner..You can tell they treat their Employees with such respect!

As a real estate agent, I work with a lot of contractors, and I can confidently say that Cody and the team at Exterior Pros are among the best in the business. During the sale of 5400 Cedar, Cody went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled professionally and efficiently. From communication and scheduling to the quality of the work itself, their team played a major role in helping us get to the closing table without delays or complications. In real estate, having trusted partners can make all the difference, and Exterior Pros proved exactly why they have such a strong reputation in the Rapid City area. Their commitment to customer service, craftsmanship, and doing what's right helped create a seamless experience for both my clients and everyone involved in the transaction. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work and truly cares about the outcome, I highly recommend Exterior Pros. I look forward to working with Cody and his team again on future transactions. — Stacy Engelmann Berkshire Hathaway Midwest Realty
