I regret choosing Exterior Pro Builders Inc. for my project. Deadlines were missed, and the job site was often left messy and unsafe. The team didn’t seem to pay attention to detail, and I had to point out multiple issues myself. Overall, not a reliable service.

Exterior Pro Builders came highly recommended. Within two weeks of calling them, the roof was finished! I dealt with Rich, who came and looked at the job, sent a written proposal, then a contract, and their crew showed up within a few …

Last week, several large chunks of ice fell from the roof and punctured the flat roof at the back of my building, creating an urgent leak issue. I contacted a few contractors — one had no availability, and another required payment before even providing an estimate. At a very stressful moment, I was referred by a friend to Exterior Pro Builders Inc. (also known as MASTER PRO BUILDERS). They responded immediately, came out the same day, and provided a free estimate. By the next day, they had already scheduled the repair and completed the work efficiently. The speed, professionalism, and smooth communication throughout the process were impressive. They clearly understood the urgency and handled everything without delays. I would absolutely hire them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior repair work.

We had a siding repair done and the final result was solid. I have worked with this company before, and their workmanship has been consistently excellent. Communication has always been responsive and effective, and it is obvious they care about the quality of what they deliver. I see their ads everywhere and initially worried they might be a high-volume operation that cuts corners. That has not been my experience at all. Every project has been handled thoughtfully and professionally. Marco deserves specific recognition. He has been outstanding from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure the work is done right. His follow-through and professionalism set a very high standard, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend!!

I am very pleased with my roof replacement from Exterior Pro Builders. From Billy the salesman to Marco the foreman to Alexis the office manager, everyone was a pleasure to to deal with. As far as the workers on the job, they were excellent and professional. The roof was done in one day and they stayed into the early evening to finish and clean up the job. And they best part is they beat the price of 2 other roofing companies. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone.

Marco is a true professional. Alexa is his really great assistant. Marco gave me a price, date, time. He brought in a crew that scurried and hustled like they had to get the job done yesterday. The place was clean when they were done. They took all garbage with them.

Marco and his crew did a great job. Roof looks great. They took care of every little detail I asked for. The clean up was impeccable. Didn't stop until the job was done. Most importantly for the work they did affordably priced. Thank you guys
