  They are doing our buildings in Saskatoon , boardwalk hired them. They are working on 4 units. They seem to pick a unit at random , and work on it for the day. Disorganized, messy, inconsiderate. They don’t focus on one unit, instead they pick and choose different days, amount of workers, and which unit to work on. Not sure how they make any money. Shame on them and shame on board walk.

The upgrades being completed on the buildings are intended to improve the units and overall property for residents. The work across multiple units is based on efficiency and availability of materials, and trades which can sometimes make the process appear less linear from the outside. That said, we take concerns about organization, cleanliness, and consideration for residents seriously.   They are doing construction on our apartment building. Never on time, always leave early, swear and get into arguments with tenants, use tenant power when they've been told not to, no way they'll be able to meet their deadline in a week when they have half the building to go.

  My partner and I had a quote done by Everflow which was seamless -- they came right away and were super responsive. However, now we have been TRYING to book with them and that's where the responsiveness has stopped. We have been waiting for 2 weeks now for someone to call and schedule us in after being told someone would call us "later today, or the next day." We have contacted Everflow on more than one occasion to ask if we can schedule something. Still we are waiting. We suspect that no one is contacting us because we had quite a small job needing to be done. If this is the case, they could have simply said that they were only taking on larger jobs at this time. At the time of writing this, we STILL have not been contacted. Such a waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Everflow did a great job of replacing our old eavestroughs. They had the old ones off and new system up in only a few hours. Quick and efficient work and highly recommended.

  Great choice to get new eaves trough. They came, estimated, priced, scheduled and completed the work as expected and with care. Khaled was so efficient and cared about the final installation. Apparently I had some difficult corners and I’m happy with the outcome. Thanks

  We were looking to update the front of our home by replacing the faux rock with a more modern finish. After visiting Everflow's office, we were impressed by the wide range of options available. Nick was especially helpful—he dropped off several samples, which made it much easier to finalize our choice. Once we placed our order, an installation date was scheduled within four weeks. The project took two days to complete and was handled with great professionalism. The team ensured the site was thoroughly cleaned up afterward. We're very happy with the results and the overall experience with Everflow.

  On time, very helpful. We had them install new gutters and gutter guard. A few minor issues but they dealt with them quickly. All in all I highly recommend them.

  We contacted the folks over at Everflow to do some repairs to our downspout which was located next tour A/C unit and Megan and the rest of the team not only met but exceeded our expectations. We have used the folks at Everflow for a number of home improvement projects over the years and the results are always the same, " In that they do high quality work at a very reasonable price and the deliver this with great people.   Great work from the guys at Everflow eaves who were able to install a new metal roof before the snow flies. They were professional, quick and efficient and the roof looks great. Thanks for all your hard work.

  We had siding and eaves done on our house last summer. A couple of boards were warping on the side of the house. There was absolutely no question about the repair being done with no cost to us. Thank you so much to staff and installation crew. A fine place to do business!! Highly recommend!

  I recently had my drainage pipe replaced by Everflow, and I couldn't be more impressed. Despite the heavy rain in Regina recently, their team was incredibly efficient and completed the repair in under ten minutes. Their swift and professional service deserves a five-star rating. Highly recommend!
