Extremely disappointed with my experience with Englund Roofing. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were not honored, and expectations were not clearly set from the beginning. What was promised during the sales process did not align with what was delivered. There was a lack of follow-through once the contract was signed. Getting updates required repeated calls and emails, and accountability felt nonexistent when concerns were raised. The overall process felt disorganized and reactive instead of professional and proactive. When you hire a roofing company, you expect clarity, reliability, and ownership. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend Englund Roofing based on how this project was handled.

I am so thrilled that I awarded my roofing project to the great people at Englund Roofing. I was under a serious time crunch to put my home on the market. They were out immediately to provide a thorough estimate and their pricing was very competitive. The best part? They were able to start on the roof the very next week and finished it in 3 days. They went above and beyond in figuring out the best gutter solution. They cared - that's huge these days! They cared about getting it done right, getting it done timely and about making sure nothing was left behind. Jimmy and his crew were so easy to work with. I'd recommend Englund to anyone looking to replace a flat roof....outstanding!

Stan Bodnar with Intelligent Design Corp. Maple Grove is here. As a general contractor we had an outstanding experience with this flat roofing company from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering high-quality work. They were honest about the process, kept me informed every step of the way, and completed the project on time with excellent attention to detail. A special thank you to Jimmy, the project manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was always available to answer questions, kept us updated throughout the project, and made sure every detail was handled professionally. His communication and dedication gave us complete confidence that the job was being done right. The finished roof looks fantastic, and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable flat roofing company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work, I highly recommend them. Thank you to Jimmy and the entire team for a job well done!
