Our building needed a full roof replacement and I was bracing for weeks of chaos and disruption. Didn't happen. The guy who came out for the estimate actually paid attention to what we were worried about and worked out a plan that let us keep operating, which was a big deal since we had trucks in and out all day. The site stayed clean and organized the whole time. I always knew what part of the job they were on because they kept me looped in. The flat roof looks good and it's kept us completely dry through some rough weather. That pooling problem we used to fight is gone. Billing came in right at the estimate, no surprises tacked on at the end. For a building this size that was about as painless as a project like this gets, and I'm glad we went with them.

We discovered a stubborn leak above the break room almost a year. Two patches did not hold it. Elite Kmart found the actual source was 10 ft from where the water showed up. Fix it properly. Dry since

Glad we found the real source and got the break room dry again.

Solid experience from start to finish. The estimator was thorough, the crew was on time every day, and the new flat roof looks great. Not many flat roof specialists in the Gurnee area worth calling.

Got bids from three companies for a flat roof replacement on our retail plaza. Elite was the most detailed and the estimator ended up being the only one who walked the entire roof. Crew was professional, quiet, and finished on time. Hard to find this level of attention from contractors in Waukegan.

Hired them for a full replacement on a multi-tenant commercial building we manage. The previous roof was patched so many times it looked like a quilt and we finally just bit the bullet. Their proposal was clear about what was being torn …

We’re glad the proposal was clear and the tenants were barely disrupted. Even better to hear there were no issues after the rains.

We had ponding water on a section of our flat roof that two other companies told us was just how it was going to be. These guys actually rebuilt the slope in that area and added a new drain. Problem solved. Took about a week of work but it's been dry up there through the whole spring.

Happy we could fix the ponding water properly instead of just patching around it. Glad the roof is staying dry.

Easy to deal with from quote to finish. Roof looks good and they kept the parking lot clear of debris which was a big deal for our tenants. Invoice matched the estimate too.

Glad everything was easy from quote to finish, and that the lot stayed clean for your tenants.
