  Got inspected, signed the contract, and was told to expect scheduling. However, another person reached out to conduct another inspection, and it seemed like he wanted to increase the price, but he came to the same assessment. Before leaving he informed us that scheduling would be done this week. I am not sure about these guys. Maybe they are hoping my problem gets worse?

  An appointment for repair the roof at one of my apartment buildings was confirmed last week. It took me about one hour for one way to drive there to meet the roof guy Jeff. When I arrived there on time and wait for over 20 minutes, I called Jeff's cell phone twice but no answering and I left message for him still no replying. Finally I called the office to ask for what's going on then they told me the appointment was cancelled without any notice by call, text or email at all. It wasted my 2.5 hours for this appointment. In a word, this experience affected my confidence in their service. A no-show for a confirmed appointment with no call, message, or apology is completely unprofessional and unreliable.

  1). Received multiple texts confirming our appointment, and then the day of when I called they said the system did not register the appointment, and the texts were a mistake. 2). The tech that came did not go into the attic. He refused to due to mold, which I understand to an extent. He only put half his body in on the ladder. But he never found the reason why there was mold or why the roof was leaking. The dryer is venting into the roof, and not out, it is clogged and not installed properly, and in turn causing humidity from the dryer to stay in the roof and cause this mold. I think this is so important to understand! Additionally, there is a popped nail on the actual roof, which this tech did actually inspect, but the popped nail is where the water is coming in. Another thing not discussed. Yes, a new roof is needed, but horrible inspecting and scheduling. Karen, the person who answered the call, was super lovely and apologetic and got us scheduled properly.

  Great experience with Ridge Top from the beginning. Price quoted at the time of the estimate was a big plus. Was kept in the loop via a group text. Work was of high quality and done in a timely manner. Highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors.

  This is the 2nd project I have had done by Ridge Top and once again they did a fantastic job in the high temps we had. Aaron was awesome and the crew was fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone who needs them. Price was competitive for replacing a side entry door and 2 storm doors. Great workmanship and very organized.

  I do not know where to start. I contacted 3 other roofing companies and Ridgetop was the only one that was consistent with the follow up. Jeff was my sales rep and was on top of everything. I was scheduled for work within 3-4 weeks, but was bumped up to within 10 days of signing an agreement. When the work was scheduled, Josh (On-site manager) was on time, walked me through everything, and made sure my environment was clean (This is big considering I have kids who play in my lawn). He was communicative, professional, and very respectful. I appreciate the work all of them did and would recommend any day of the week.

  The team was awesome. They replaced my front door and storm door on an extremely hot day. I thought the house would be very hot and muggy. They were so efficient that the temperature was not so bad, and my older dog did ok. I am extremely happy with their work, and I would highly recommend them.

  Ridge top went above and beyond helping to identify my existing siding color and mfg. We needed a large section replaced after it was damaged by an AC company that dumped pvc cement down it. Ridge tops communication was 100% and upfront the entire job start to finish and awesome service!!! Highly recommend

  I can’t say enough great things about this company. I contacted them because I needed the flashing on my roof replaced. They sent out their estimator to come out who thoroughly reviewed the project with me and walked me through every step of the process. The quote was fair and reasonable. Approximately two weeks later, they came out to my house to promptly install the flashing. They not only remove the old flashing, but they removed and reset the siding; they added a weather barrier; they removed the first level of shingles; and replaced the flashing properly to ensure that there are no future leaks. Following the project, I noticed minor damage on the siding that was caused during the installation of the flashing. Without question Blake from Ridge Top Exteriors contacted me and came out and looked at the issue. He replaced the siding free of charge. He spent time going over what was going to take place for the repair as well as spent time finding color samples to find the right color match for my siding. Blake treated my home and the repairs as if it was his own. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again in the future if I need any exterior work done.
