Don't know about roofing, but their truck was aggressively tailgating me so their dangerous driving leaves a lot to be desired.

I hired Elite Roofing to replace my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their team was professional, efficient, and delivered a great experience from start to finish. They completed the job on time, left the site spotless, and offered the best price. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend these guys!

Update to February 2025 review: Spoke with Elite Roofing regional management. The conversation was informative. Here are my lessons learned from the experience: 1. Maintain communication with your insurance adjuster BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER engaging a roofer. 2. Acquire an accurate estimate that itemizes tasks, materials, and associated costs. 3. Share your approved scope of work from your insurance company only AFTER you've selected a trusted roofer. 4. Get clarity on the insurance supplemental claims process from your adjuster. 5. Understand how your selected roofer uses supplemental claims. Pay close attention to the items for which your roofer submits a supplemental claim, what is approved, and what is denied.

Thank you for the feedback Ms. Harris. However, can you please confirm you have the right company. We are based out of Marietta and Sandy Springs and do not have you in our database. Please call us at 770-445-1290 when you have a moment so we can confirm that your experience was in fact with us. Thank you Elite Roofing Management

The team showed up on time and did a great job, the price was very competitive to the other quotes I received the only issue’s I had was they crew showed up at 6:15 and was very loud yelling to each other and while I was happy they showed up my neighbors were less then impressed, I have also been picking up nails for a month now, I know you can’t make a cake with out breaking eggs but the Forman said they would clean up….guess they missed a few😉

Elite Rooking did an outstanding job from start to finish. It began with the inspection, quote, working with insurance and when denied, working with us to facilitate the installation. The installers we very professional and conscientious as well as friendly. They cleaned up the site and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We recommend Elite Roofing for your roofing needs.

Chris, the project manager was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The crew was on time and finished the job in just a few hours. They cleaned up and everything was hauled off quickly. I would definitely recommend this company for any roof repairs and replacement.
