  We got a few estimates for our roof from both well-known roofing companies and smaller roofers. We felt any of them could probably install a solid roof, but we chose this roofing contractor because they stood out from the rest. There was something about ian that made the company different, and it came down to simple, people-to-people customer service. That is exactly what we received throughout the whole roofing project. When the old shingles were torn off, the crew found a major issue underneath the roof. ian responded right away and helped us understand the problem, the repair options, and the best path forward. He really went above and beyond what we expected from a roofing contractor. The team stayed professional, kept us updated, and handled the roof repair and shingle work with care. In the end, we got a quality roof, honest service, and a smooth experience from start to finish. The workmanship, communication, and cleanup were all excellent, and we are very happy with the result.

  I’m very grateful for the excellent work on replacing my old tile roof with a new metal roof. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. From the first roof inspection and estimate to the tear-off and final installation, the whole roofing process was clearly explained, well organized, and finished on schedule. I want to recognize everyone involved. Brett, the roofing consultant, was the first person I met with and was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about roofing materials, installation methods, and the best options for my home. Ian, the field supervisor, did a great job leading the roofing crew and keeping the project moving smoothly. The office team also handled the paperwork, billing, and permit details efficiently, which made everything much easier for me. The team worked quickly so I could get the needed documents submitted to my homeowners insurance company for my roof update. The work was completed in a timely way, and the finished metal roof looks beautiful. Ian was on site regularly, supervising the work, answering my questions, and making sure every part of the roofing job was done right. He was professional, respectful, easy to talk to, and clearly experienced. I also want to praise the roofing crews for being hardworking, efficient, organized, and careful with my property.   Neither mary nor i can recommend Valdez & Sons Roofers Llc more highly for our new roof project. After the roof installation, we felt very confident and fully satisfied with the whole experience. The job was more than a basic reroof. It included roof deck repairs where wood rot was found, replacement of three skylights and the garage cupola, tear-off and install of new roofing materials, plus new gutters and leaf guards for better drainage during heavy rain and hot weather. We compared five estimates, and the pricing was fair and right in the middle. What really won us over was brett and the detailed talk about the reroofing plan with my wife. He took a personal approach, listened carefully, answered every question with patience, and showed real interest in making sure the roof system fit both the home and our goals. Our goal was not only to replace the roof, but also to improve the look of the house and the long-term performance of the roofing system. Brett gave very helpful suggestions on materials, layout, ventilation, and overall design, and those ideas made a big difference in the final result. The finished roof looks sharp, works great, and feels strong and dependable. The roofing crew was polite, skilled, and hard working from start to finish. Each day the work area was cleaned up well, and at the end of the project everything was left neat and orderly.   They did an amazing job on our full roof replacement after storm damage. Our old tile roof was too damaged to fix and it was letting water into the house, so we decided to switch to a new metal roofing system. After the permit process was completed, the whole roofing project moved much faster than expected, and every crew worked with great speed and care. From the first phone call and email, Ian, the project coordinator, was excellent to work with. Ian stayed available to answer questions, kept us updated on the schedule, explained which roofing crews would be arriving, and made the whole process feel organized and easy. He also helped a lot with the insurance side, which took a big load off our shoulders. The tear-off of the old tile roof was done quickly and cleanly, and the reroof installation was handled with real skill and attention to detail. What we thought might take weeks was finished far sooner, and the new metal roof looks great on our home while giving us solid protection from heavy rain, strong wind, and the hot Sandy Springs weather. The gutter and soffit work also turned out very nice and completed the whole exterior well. Even another service professional who was up on the roof commented on the quality of the roofing and gutter work and said it was outstanding.   They replaced the old asphalt roof on our 24' x 30' shed and matched the color and style to our home roof in Sandy Springs. The roofing crew finished the job in one day, right on schedule and at the quoted price, which was much lower than other roof quotes we received. They also replaced some rotten wood along an eave and installed flashing around the roof for better protection. ian answered all of my calls and questions, and brett even handled a small asphalt roof repair first to help prevent leaks until the full roof work was done.   Valdez & Sons Roofers LLC was excellent. They completed a full roof replacement on our older historic home in Sandy Springs in just one day. The old roof was in very rough shape, with missing shingles, moss buildup, and damage left behind from poor previous roofing work, so we were expecting a long and stressful project. Instead, the whole process was smooth, organized, and handled with real skill. They also replaced our gutters and added leaf guard protection at no extra cost, which was a huge help because the gutter system also needed attention.   ian and his team did an excellent job on my roof and siding. ian is very honest, caring, and devoted to his customers, and he made the whole roofing process easy to understand. He put everything in writing so i knew exactly what work they were going to do, including the long warranty coverage and the full scope of the roof system. They showed up on time, stayed in touch during the project, and kept me well informed from start to finish.
