  Do not !!! waste your money. They’re very nice and professional as they can be before the roof goes on and anything after that goes down the gutter. I had my roof replaced by this company and they needed to come back and complete some repairs in the flashing portion since it was cracked just a few months later causing rain to come into walls of my house. Every time I called or emailed , the response was “ we’ll have someone come out . One guy did come out did some half a.. repairs and said he'll need to come back and finish up but never came back. Without going anymore into a rant, it’s been more than a year I’ve been dealing with this and had to hire someone else to do the repairs..

  My name is Beverly Avery Gold Star's roofing was to replace my roof in September 2023. I gave them the insurance check. They said it wasn't enough to replace the entire roof but still no roof repair or replacement has been done. I have called several times, left messages, waited on return phone calls and updates. I have still received nothing from Gold Stars roofing. In the meantime, I have found someone that will replace my entire roof for the amount of the insurance check that I gave gold stars roofing but I have not heard any response about the return of the funds that were paid in the beginning go starts. Roofing was in constant contact with me. The service representative was always at my house was always following up but once they got that check I have not heard anything and this has been since September of 2023. Do not do business with Gold Stars roofing

  Gold Stars Roof company is a joke they came and repair my roof in July 2023. They did a great job but a never received my referral fee nor my marketing credit. But they will call and harass you and show up at your house for the check from the insurance company. They will LIE to customers about the referral fee just to get your dam business. This is not a company to trust at all I should have went with another company that is trustworthy. I have reached out to the company and DAN so many times and no response. If I could give this company a zero I would I would never recommend this roofing company to no one. I did my part with a good review,referral,sign in my yard. I’m still waiting on my referral FEE

  This company is the worst to work with they have threatened to put lien me and making me pay for materials I did not get. they have harrsed me and my husband and sent me threatened text messages and emails that came from Daniel this company. Do not work with Daniel

  Referred my neighbor and was promised a 250 referral fee. They have continually told me they have to do research before they pay me. Scammers. Don't use them.

  Company, Rodney Bell, hired me to create an Advertisement for them. Throughout the whole process he was very unprofessional and communication was lacking. When it came time to pay me his payment failed, when asked to be paid for my full time he refused because "they decided to go with another Ad". To top it off he then tried to use an animation I created and owned the rights to in another video, again after not paying me for my work. Still trying to not pay me for my full time, and then calling me unprofessional on top of it....

  the sales team show up late the owner is fixated on up selling his "Free Inspection" via insurance during my time there i was able to get into the software that there team is using and plans on putting your information in there system that can keep track of your information and store it i think personally the IT background is lacking and poses a serous threat to your information as a whole they use your personally information to spam sales men to text you call you untiled they are satisficed if you feel they are contacting you i would recommend seeking legal represtaition and having them sent a formal cease letters they refused to pay an hourly employee over time after adjusting hours worked And it's an honest ratting for a dishonest company And they even called me to take this down At 401 est 12 -5 -2022

  Gold Stars Roofing went above and beyond for me. They exceeded my expectations. My experience with them was that everyone was professional, honest, and kind. They followed through with everything that they said they would do. I chose the best company when it came to replacing my roof.

  Gold Stars Roof overall is a satisfying company that provides quality work. They finished my roof in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the outcome! They also have a referral program which is awesome. I did have a bit of a hiccup with receiving my referral check after the job was completed so I contacted Gold Stars with my concern. Thomas Blackburn, Founder & CEO, contacted me to assist with my issue and to assure me that I would be receiving my check soon. I am now satisfied and I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you again 😊

  What I liked about this company is they not only limit themselves to your roof damage but they will address all storm damage that has occurred to your home. If they don't answer when you call someone will return your call within minutes. Also, you will be provided with several people that you can contact that will address any of your concerns and issues you might have with the job(s). Thanks Daniel, Cherrelle and Dunkin for hanging in there with me.

  Very easy to work with, made sure all my questions were answered and response time was over the top! Very knowledgeable about the entire process and made it simple from start to finish. Left yard and area spotless.

  Gold Stars was able to help me with my roof when other companies could not. They made the process easy and worked with my insurance company and adjustor to get the work done. Couldn't be happier with my new roof!

  This team showed me lots of love by putting a new ridge vent, drip edge and static vent out of their own pocket that the insurance company wouldn’t pay for. The roof is also great quality I couldn’t recommend them enough!

  It was a miracle. I’m speechless because I didn’t believe it could happen. I can’t stop praising the Lord. Antonio and Kacey were amazing and integral in getting me approved. I was in my garage when they approached me about my roof. I immediately told them I was not interested since I’ve been denied in the past. But they said if I trusted them they could make it happen and they did.

  Had a great experience with Gold Stars roofing very professional and on time. The really respected our home. Very fast turn around time. I would refer them to any body and everyone. If my mother needs a new roof I will be contacting them again. They go above and beyond for their customers!!!
