  I am not affiliated with this company however, I experienced a negative situation with the driver. My review is on the moral composition of this company. Based on the website, it appears that the driver is the owner (I could be wrong) and while at the gas station, he was in the back waiting for a spot to open, just like the rest of us. As the cars are moving up (this is a Costco) he gets in front of our car and the car behind us, to rush to the 1st pump, where we were headed. We had to hit the brakes! I am pregnant and this startled me a little. We waited to see if he would apologize but that did not happen. This was such an entitled move. When someone’s character is like this, I would be cautious.

  Portillo, I was at the back and there was one other vehicle in front of me waiting for the pumps when the first one opened up. I asked the driver in front of me if they were going to move to that pump, and they said they were going to wait for all of the vehicles to clear out, so I drove through the middle and pulled in the open pump to get gas. I never saw you and don't know where you were waiting. My apologies if I offended you and if I jumped my turn. No offense was intended. I'm happy to apologize over the phone.   I needed a gutter quote. They provide a quote. I called them to set up a time to begin work and they would never call me back. I guess small work isn't important to them. Response: I have attached a screenshot of your quote. Your estimate number is #0000749. I called several times and even talked to someone. that told me that you would return my call with an installation schedule. I called and spoke to you once but you said that the office would handle the scheduleing because you were working on another project. Sounds like you may need to get better office help and get a new procedure for record keeping.

  We used them to install roof at our old house in Tucker about 5-6 years ago before we moved to our current house. The new house that we got the job done by DogWood Roofing. Happy with their service.

  Todd was a true gentleman to work with. His team responded quickly to my service request and he was onsite within 24-hours. He took care of me very quickly and was more than reasonable. I will recommend Todd to everyone that needs a new roof or needs service.

  I do not know where to begin with this review. I have never had a more amazing experience with a contractor. From the moment I met Todd when he came to give me a quote until the last time I heard from Rolando after he fixed something in my back yard that had nothing to do with their work, I have been in awe. Todd's quote came in about the middle of four quotes I got. He explained about their 10 year transferable warranty and the extras his team does to ensure they won't need to come back! We went ahead and chose Dogwood and are SO HAPPY we did! Once we picked the shingle and color, they were able to come out the next week. And wow - they showed up! We had a 1400 sq foot house and a two car garage that they were somehow able to complete in one day. It was record heat day in Georgia, but Rolando and his team of probably 20 men showed up early and got to work quickly. They tarped the plants and took care to make sure they respected the property. Everyone knew what to do and worked diligently through the day, despite the debilitating heat. I was even able to work from home while they were on the roof. It was loud but for the most part it was fine unless they were right over the office. They cleaned everything up and wrapped up in the evening. The next day Rolando came back to walk both roofs to ensure everything was done correctly and did additional clean up in the yard with a magnet to ensure no nails were left behind. He answered questions and explained things thoroughly. I asked him a question about an issue I was having unrelated to their job and and, you wont believe this, he came back the next day with a hard to find part and fixed it. IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR JOB! I AM STILL STUNNED almost a month later! Rolando's follow up, care, patience and incredible customer service going the extra mile has been amazing. Todd's honesty, attention to detail and pride in his work is impressive and really shows. I cannot think of a time where a contractor delivered on E
