I anticipated a lengthy coordination process with building management, but the roofers were very efficient with communication and completed the replacement within three days. They also handled unexpected structural issues without significant delays, which I appreciated.

After coordinating with building management, it turned out the issue was a few cracked shingles causing leaks, which they repaired efficiently over a four-hour period. The roofer patiently worked with our restrictions and even checked in a couple of weeks later to ensure everything was holding up well.

After the installation, I noticed the gutters were perfectly aligned and securely fastened, which has helped manage the rain runoff better than our previous setup. They completed everything in a couple of hours, and left the area clean and tidy.

The problem turned out to be several shingles that had lifted during a storm, allowing water to seep through; the roofer secured and resealed these areas in just under two hours, and even took some time to inspect for any other potential trouble spots.
