We hired Elite Exteriors to replace the flooring on our outdoor deck with Duradek, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Ray was outstanding at communication — we always knew what was happening and when, and he answered every question we had. The crew worked clean, took care with the surrounding areas, and did a thorough cleanup at the end of the job. The finished deck looks fantastic. If you're considering a deck project, Ray and Elite Exteriors are the ones to call.

Ray and the team at Elite helped me with a complete two-story deck tear down and rebuild and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. Ray was extremely patient and helpful walking through the process with me determining the best course of action from comparing possible repairs of the existing deck to what a new build would look like and working with me on the size and details to ensure it not only fit what I wanted, but what I could afford. Everything went smoothly and quickly with the build from start to finish and the entire team was efficient and respectful of my space and property. I was really overwhelmed and nervous approaching this project, but Ray put me at ease and I felt confident with this company and am so thankful for the work they did!

Ray provided an excellent solution for a flat roof project that I had been working on finding a solution for several years. Our EPDM had reached its end of life and I really wanted to find something to make the space more usable. Ray's Duradek solution was the most cost effective that I could find and aesthetically very pleasing! His team of employees were great and took care to clean up behind themselves and Ray was always very communicative. I never had had to wonder what was next or when someone would be back. Our only struggle was the weather, but again they always had me in the dry - they had to work doubly hard to deal with it, but they were always willing to do so. I would highly recommend Ray and if I ever have another project that is in Ray's portfolio, he will by my guy!

Ray with Elite Exteriors has been phenomenal to work with. I had a very unique decking project that encompassed a sunroom, deck, and patio area with ceiling that needed to integrate a gutter system that was not visible. Ray designed the entire system and worked with us every step of the way so we felt comfortable with design and layout. If you need a trusted exterior building company, I recommend Elite Exteriors!

Called Ray the day my fiancé and I found out the roof on our soon to be first townhome needed to be replaced. He came over right away (literally within an hour) to look at the roof and confirmed it. He later coordinated with us on the best day to replace it with plenty of time before our wedding so we wouldn't stress, AND he and his team got it all done that day! He is awesome to work with and very reliable! Would recommend Elite Exteriors for any of your home needs!

Absolutely perfect experience with our reroofing project! Promptly provided estimate prior to closing and was at the ready, as soon as we closed to get the bad roof completely redone. So thankful for this experienced and honest, local business with integrity who provide exactly what they quoted! Thank you Ray :)

Communication was great. I had asked in a whim if my roof could be done, and there was no hassle at all to come out and do it in as little time as possible. They communicated with ease, and were very honest about what my roof needed and what it didn’t need. I appreciate the great service they offered me and will absolutely comeback if i need anything else!

Ray is so great to work with. He has looked at a couple projects at my home. He was helpful in talking about different designs and was super patient with my wife and I. We ended up using Elite to change out a post on our front porch and having them remove stone from the front of our house. They replaced the stone with hardiboard siding which turned out great! His crew was fast, careful, and efficient. They turned this project in 1 day. Ray's communication and attention to detail on the project was excellent! Elite cares to get the job done right!

Thank you Curran. The house looks great with the Janes Hardie lap siding and you don’t need a Danger falling rock sign anymore! Thank you again for the opportunity to help and trusting your home to Elite Exteriors.

Five star quality of work, five star pricing and five star experience with the owner! They did fantastic work, did the job when and how they said they would and left my property as clean as when the arrived. You can't ask for much better than that. Highly recommend Ray and his team.

Custom Backyard Putting Green Installation A custom backyard putting green creates a dedicated practice area while making better use of an outdoor living space. Synthetic putting turf can be designed around available space, desired cup locations, contours, and surrounding landscape features. A properly prepared base and drainage system are important for maintaining a stable surface and consistent ball roll. Here, the putting surface is integrated directly into a lakeside patio and pool area. Multiple cups provide different putting lines, while the darker fringe turf clearly defines the playable green. Artificial grass strips between the large stone pavers continue the landscape design across the patio, creating a strong connection between the putting area, pool, and surrounding hardscape. Accurate grading, base compaction, drainage planning, cup placement, turf cutting, and fringe installation all affect how the finished green performs. Custom contours and multiple hole positions can also provide more variety for short-game practice without requiring a full size golf area. Bring golf practice into your own backyard.
