Elite Custom Roofing, Inc

The only one or two-star review we hold for Elite Custom Roofing, Inc.

Elite installed a new roof and gutter guards for around $23,000 in 2023. The gutter guards were the wrong size and had to be replaced (at my expense) with another product. The flashing on the sun porch had to be replaced in 2024. Recently I called Robert, the owner, to request his assistance in removing a lighted star from the chimney. He said no problem; he would get one of his guys out to do the job. After several weeks with no response, I hired another roofing company to do the work. I am simply appalled that a man’s word is no longer what it used to be. Keep this in mind if you are considering Elite Custom Roofing.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciated the opportunity to install your roof in 2023. During and after the project, when a few questions came up regarding the gutter guards and porch flashing, our team worked with you to review the concerns and provide resolutions at the time. We always aim to stand behind our work and address items when they arise. Regarding the recent request to remove the star from your chimney, I had offered to help as a courtesy the next time our crew was working in your area, which you agreed. Unfortunately, we were not able to coordinate that as quickly as you had hoped, and I understand you chose to have another contractor take care of it sooner. We value our customers and always try to be helpful whenever possible, even beyond the scope of the original project. If you would like to discuss anything further, please feel free to contact me directly.

We contacted 3 roofing contractors for bids on our roof replacement. We chose Elite Custom Roofing primarily because we were impressed by their representative, Radu. He was timely , very thorough and obviously knowledgeable about his product. He explained all aspects of our choices and never pressured us. Rob, the owner was also professional and worked with us on picking colors for the flashing on the eaves. The wait was only a little over a week and their roofing crew completed the job in one day. They did a complete cleanup and we ended with a thorough inspection and walk around with Radu. He was on scene the entire day. We highly recommend Elite Custom Roofing.

I was looking for local roofing company in the area to get our roof checked .I found out about Elite Custom Roofing! Very good experience from the beginning when i met with Radu , he was very informative and gave me lots of information about roofing products, warranties and what to expect from any future installation project! He inspected my roof very carefully and took lots of pictures and videos for us! We was glad to hear that our roof was still in good shape and Radu gave us peace in mind for sure! I will definitely call him again next year or two for another inspection! Thanks Elite !!
