  I talked to a couple companies last year and was never really impressed. After Elevated did a neighbors roof, I was Impressed with the result. James was always very professional and the communication was excellent throughout the job. Every time I was given a scheduled time, it was spot on or even early. Very pleased with the project and the roof looks beautiful.

  Huge shoutout to Israel at Elevated Roof Solutions! We noticed a small roof leak that was making its way into our attic and even started dripping through one of our light fixtures. I reached out to Israel, and he actually moved his schedule around to come help us out in the same day. He got up on the roof right away, found the problem, and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. You can tell he really cares about taking care of people, not just landing big jobs. It’s hard to find someone who’s willing to come out for a small repair these days, and I really appreciated it. Thanks again, Israel! If you ever need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elevated Roof Solutions a call.

  Our community has a no solicitation policy, but unfortunately, most solicitors ignore it. I don’t normally answer the door for solicitors, but this time I did. It was a roofing contractor. I recalled how some months ago we had a roofing company solicitor going door-to-door, and he was being followed up by a different roofing contractor who said the first one was no good. I think those two solicitors almost duked it out in our neighborhood streets. So I was wary at the start. On Tuesday, Israel Tristan of Elevated Roof Solutions asked if he could inspect my roof. He said he could come back on Thursday at 11:30 am and do the inspection. Since I had not signed anything and was under no obligation, I agreed. I then went online and looked up Elevated Roof Solutions. I found some comments that the door-to-door sales guys promise the world, but the actual repair crews don’t communicate well and miss appointments. Israel showed up today at 11:30 as promised. I assumed these door-to-door solicitors inspect roofs, so they can find something that they can repair and charge for, so when Israel showed up today, I confirmed that I was under no obligation. Israel inspected my roof and told me: • My roof is in good condition. • Don’t let anyone inspect the roof and tell me that I have hail damage or need to file an insurance claim. • He was going to send me a report with images showing the condition of my roof, but it would not include a proposal because there was nothing that needed to be done. I guess I encountered an honest roofer.
