  T Williams Roofing had someone unannounced, knock on my door asking if I would let them do a roof inspection. I was reluctant, as I just had an inspection less than a year ago. I agreed and they were scheduled to come out today. He texted and asked if I would like for them to still come; I said nothing b/c of the weather. Since I didn't take him up on rescheduling, he became very sarcastic and UNPROFESSIONAL pushing for me to have someone out tomorrow, and sent me this text. As someone trying to earn a client's business, I did not expect this aggressive, unprofessional behavior, and for that reason I would not recommend this business.

  Not about their work but one of their trucks backed right out in front me this morning. He saw me but just kept backing out of the driveway. Need to check who they let drive a company truck.

  Storm chaser company. From Houston area, but soliciting door to door in Illinois. Promising free roofs. Harrassed when we declined.

  1) My father has been roofing in the Chicagoland area for decades. I am a Niles West graduate. 2) I often help my clients obtain deductible roofs. No one ever gets a free roof. I don’t break the law. 3) This review comes from a salty State Farm agent who rather than admit she was wrong, continue to dig a deeper and deeper hole.

  I called this morning to see if they would be able to help me in putting a new roof and after I asked a couple questions he didn’t respond and simply hung up on me. I’ll give 2-Stars because he answered the phone! 👍🏼

  Ivan, who admits to be a competitor with his own roofing company. Called at 6:30 AM asking Tom to throw guys on a job for him. The answer was no. T. Williams Roofing will never do business with Ivan. This review is unwarranted

  Tom replaced the roof on our house a couple of years ago and very importantly worked closely with the insurance company to get their approval. Awesome job by his team and done in record time. Then came Hurricane Beryl which did considerable damage to our shopping center in Conroe. Again, Tom got involved in a big way with the insurance company and got us a beautiful new roof. There is no better roofing company than Tom Williams Roofing. Give him a call.

  Tom and Kelly did a great job from the process started. They took care of most of the paperwork and the crew they have finished the job in a day. At the beginning of the process I was suspecting then the new beautiful roof proves it. Highly recommended.

  I live in Cypress and we recently had some hail in the area. Ariel came to my house first and was very polite and professional. She set up a drone fly over of my roof the following day with Tom the owner. Tom showed up on time for our appointment and conducted a fly over. Once finish he was very honest and told me that my roof was fine and still had some years left and would not recommend anything at this time. Really appreciated the level integrity and honest that he showed me. We I do need a a new roof I will be reaching back out to them.

  Tom and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Tom and his company was very communicative in setting up our build day and showing up on time to get the job done. We have a very large roof and his crew was able to finish the job in one day. Outstanding company!

  Great company to work with! We had a branch fall and damage our roof during the Holidays and they had someone out same day to fix the problem and avoid further damage from rain. We will be using T Williams for any of our future roofing needs.

  There were about 20 highly skilled craftsman working carefully and diligently with great precision on my roof in one entire day; after they completed my roof (I had them install designer shingles) they cleaned the debris on the ground, and my lawn and pool deck looked better than it had before they got there. If you want your roof done properly look no further.

  Very happy with the whole experience. Refreshingly helpful initial conversations with Kelly Williams who well explained the approach. I found both Tom and Kelly to be a pleasure to work with. Roof was installed in a single day. Thank you!

  Kelly was helpful thru the process. The roof was completed quickly and they did all the cleanup, no mess left behind. They worked directly with our insurance company for an easier process.
