  Their workers need to be more careful with debris flying off their trailers.

  Could you please call me to discuss what happened. I have spoken to our crews and they are unaware of any debris falling off a trailer.   CAUTION: I was going to use this company because they are a member of the BBB. But the Better Business Bureau got this one wrong. Based on my initial roof inspection after calling them it's quite evident they hire unprofessional people who does a poor job at inspecting roofs and doesn't put safety first. Here's my brief story with them: I called Robert (the owner) on a Friday and told him I have a roof that will probably need a full replacement due to hail & wind damage. He set up a roof inspection the following Monday morning at 8am. He assigned the inspection to a guy name Keith. I spoke with Keith prior to him coming over to my house. I informed Keith numerous times to call me first so we can bring the dogs inside the house. Keith is so immature and disrespectful. He called me when he got to my front door. We had to put clothes on and hurry up and bring the dogs inside because he failed to call us first like I ask him to. Next comes the poor roof inspection. Keith proceeded to climb the ladder to inspect my roof without protective rubber shoes on to keep him from slipping and hurting himself. I asked him to put them on which he declined. He almost fell 3 times on my roof because he didn't have slip resistant shoes on. He had no white chalk to mark the damages he saw on my roof. Keith spent about 10 minutes on my roof just walking around and looking confused. The kid didn't have a clue on what he was doing. I had another company coming over at 12 noon to get a second opinion. I always have a back-up plan no matter what. The second company did an outstanding job. Everything went very well. The second company performed a thorough inspection clocking them at an hour or longer on my roof taking pictures & marking the damages with chalk. The second company also provided an estimate in a timely manner. I called Robert (the owner) today and told him my bad experience with Keith, the guy he sent over to inspect my roof.   From my first in-home consultation and product selection to installation, the entire process took less than a month! Robert, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and kept me informed every step of the way. Installation was completed in just one day, and Jose and his crew were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough with cleanup afterward. I highly recommend Rejuven8 Roofing!   The experience that we had with Peter at Rejuven8 was absolutely amazing!! He and his team took care of our roof, windows, siding and exterior painting. All their work was done with excellent quality, he was super professional, knowledgeable, and his team was very detailed oriented with everything they do around my house! The overall value was excellent, and we felt like we received far more than we expected for the price. Most importantly, Peter made us feel like we were dealing with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. He was always available when we had questions and made sure everything was handled properly from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Rejuven8 Roofing & Restoration. Great communication, excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and a team you can trust.

  Great experience from start to finish. Good communication and they worked with me for the installation date so I had the least amount of interruption to my work schedule. One unexpected but pleasant surprise was the difference made by the Arctic breeze barrier installed in the attic, my wife and I both see that the upstairs is holding it's temperature better than it ever has so bonus points for that. Highly recommend this company and Jason was excellent to work with also.
