  These guys came to my door, offering to inspect my roof. Things started off well with our salesman, Tony S. He said they could get me a new roof through insurance and I signed an agreement with them, understanding that they would represent me with the insurance company. Our salesman said he'd be there for the inspection. Later, the insurance inspector came out, having notified our salesman. The inspector arrived and did the inspection, but our salesman did not show up, and did not answer his phone either for me or the inspector. The inspector found some damage but not enough to warrant a new roof. Had our salesman kept his promise, or had management made sure I was represented, perhaps things would have turned out better. So at this point, I have a strike against me with insurance, and nothing to show for it. Can these folks really not do any better?

  Absolutely horrible customer service. Ignored several emails and just avoided answering my questions. When I finally received an answer, they would not write a quote and just expected me to sign over the entire insurance check, even though the check covered more than the work they were doing. From the start, I made it clear several times that I wanted a quote, but instead they were deceptive and strung me along for weeks before saying they would not do so. There was never any sort of apology. Instead I was just treated like another payday, rather than a paying customer. When people ask me in the future who I recommend, I'll be sure to tell them whatever you do, don't use Elevated Exteriors!

  Everyone with this co. is extremely professional.Roof was completely torn off,completed roofed sealed,and finished in one day.Everything completely cleaned up,as if never was here.Even came back the next day,and made sure was completely clean.Highly recommend them for any job you might need.They truly do every little thing right.There crews know what they are doing.And they just get it done.

  Joe Watson from Elevated stopped by our home today to take a look at a few things I thought might be problems. What I expected to be a quick visit turned into one of the most thorough home inspections I’ve experienced. Joe completed a full roof inspection, made a few minor repairs on the spot, and is putting together quotes for a handful of improvements. More importantly, he took the time to explain everything he found—including a few items that were likely overlooked during the original construction and remodel. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure. Instead, he focused on practical, cost-effective solutions that will better protect our home from wind, rain, and hail, while also giving us a clear plan should any larger issues arise in the future. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values doing the job right, educating the homeowner, and helping you prioritize what actually needs attention now and what can be lower priority.   A great experience from start to finish. When other companies gave up the fight with our insurance company, Brock and the gang did not. The final result was aesthetically pleasing and a great improvement to our home.

  Elevated Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing the trim on our house (with fiber cement) and painting our whole house. Joe guided us through the process from start to finish and we are very pleased with the finished project.

  We had to replace a gutter from wind damage and Joe was awesome. Came out same day to look at damage, remove gutter, and measure for a replacement all in the snow and freezing cold temps.
