Overall, i was satisfied with the roofing service. I had a small 10x25 section of flat rubber roof that needed replacement because of minor water seepage. jude came out, inspected the roof, explained the scope of work, and gave me a fair estimate, so i moved forward with the job. The crew arrived around midday and got right to work removing the old roofing material and the ridge edge vents, which were reused. They were careful during the tear-off and did a great job hauling away the old material without leaving a mess. After that, they installed new ISO boards, drip edge, and the rubber roofing membrane. By late afternoon, the main part of the project was wrapped up. When i checked the roof, i noticed the ridge vent still needed the final shingle cover. I mentioned it to the foreman, terrance, and he clearly explained that they needed to return with the right materials to finish that detail properly. The office followed up, and preston came back soon after to complete the remaining work before the next rain moved in. The final touch-up was done quickly, and i appreciated that they made sure the roof was sealed up the right way. The roofing crew was professional, polite, and respectful of my property. They kept the yard and surrounding area very clean, and the cleanup was excellent. The office side was easy to work with, communication was smooth, and the overall pricing felt fair. My only small concern was the added convenience fee for credit card payments, but aside from that, the whole experience was positive and i would consider using them again for flat roof work.

I recently worked with El Cerrito Roofing to replace my old wood shingle roof with a new Class 4 roofing system, and the whole experience was excellent. Dean was a great project manager from start to finish. He completed a very careful inspection of the roof, skylights, siding, and even a separate outbuilding to document all storm-related damage. He also handled the insurance process smoothly and worked closely with the adjuster, which helped us get full coverage and move forward with a beautiful new roof that fit our home perfectly. Throughout the project, Dean stayed on top of every detail, checked in regularly with the roofing crew, and made sure the installation stayed on track. The work was finished ahead of schedule, the cleanup was thorough, and the new roof looks outstanding. The entire process felt organized, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend this team to anyone thinking about roof replacement, storm damage repair, or upgrading to a stronger roofing system. This was absolutely a 5-star experience.

El Cerrito Roofing replaced our roof and related exterior items after storm damage in El Cerrito. The insurance claim process with inspectors and adjusters took a long time and had a lot of steps, but Preston stayed with us through the whole roofing job. He showed up on time for every inspection and was quick to respond to texts, calls, site visits, and follow-up questions. He worked hard to help make sure the roof replacement and gutter work were done with solid workmanship and good attention to detail. Any small issues were handled quickly and politely, which made the whole experience much easier. We also had the gutters replaced, and with the new roof system and new gutters, the house looks refreshed and well protected. We highly recommend them for roofing and gutter services.

We own a home in El Cerrito that’s over 90 years old, and the roof is pretty complex with parapets, flat sections, and eyebrow windows. There were two layers of old roofing and a lot of repairs that weren’t done right in the past. El Cerrito Roofing’s crew arrived right on schedule and completely removed all the old material down to the bare wood. Dean made sure the repairs to the base were done properly before starting the new roof work. Their workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. They installed rubber roofing on the parapets, shingled the sloped areas, flashed all the tricky transition points, and put caps on top of the parapet walls. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the job and how smoothly everything went.

El Cerrito Roofing replaced my roof and gutters, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dean came out to inspect everything and impressed me with his deep knowledge and roofing experience. I actually worked in roofing myself for a few years when I was younger, so I could tell Dean really knew his stuff. Now, after all this time, my roof still looks brand new—just like it did the first day it was finished! I was so satisfied that I recommended them to my neighbor here in El Cerrito, and their roof also looks fantastic. I even mentioned them to a coworker, who got the same great results with their new roof. If anyone in El Cerrito needs roofing work, I always recommend this company. Excellent craftsmanship and dependable service—keep up the outstanding work!

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from the roofing team. After getting several quotes from different roofers in El Cerrito, we noticed this crew went the extra mile compared to others. Greyson and his team paid close attention to every detail during the installation process, making sure everything was done right. When our framers accidentally made a hole in the new flashing while working, Greyson returned promptly and fixed it at no extra cost. We had plenty of questions and concerns throughout the project, and he always responded quickly and thoroughly, making us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Greyson was present for much of the work, making sure the roof was installed to high standards, and the price was very reasonable. As someone who pays close attention to detail and likes to be involved, I felt confident in all the work done. I would highly recommend this roofing team to anyone in El Cerrito looking for reliable and high-quality roofers.
