  Company is canvassing, soliciting to homes with very visible no soliciting signs. This is disrespectful to homeowners. If I ever need a new roof I will contact companies that don’t disrespect homeowners.

  When we have jobs working in certain areas we hand out cards to surrounding neighbors that might need a new roof we are licensed and insured to do so plus we are always looking to put our name on work well done . management

  The main problem here is that Jeff, Tony and all their employees DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS! They have absolutely NO follow-up skills and in fact, THEY WILL NOT RETURN A PHONE CALL AFTER INSTALLATION! …

  Well, if you look at the complaint, he stated this roof sustained hurricane damage and his Insurance deductible was over $5000, and the customer was not willing to pay us to repair the roof damage from the storm , Pete made several visits to address the repair, and did so complaint was resolved and satisfied no cost to the customer Mr. Clark told Pete after we repaired his roof that he would thank us and post a new review which he never did do.or pay us to fix the roof. This isn't the first time that happened to us. We try to take care of our customers first in this case we made several attempts and and we just had to eat the cost. My dad always told me sometimes you have to set 10% aside for these rainy days..

  the crew they sent were terrible, stomped all over my plants, broke outdoor lights, damaged all my rain gutters, still waiting for them to replace gutters. Did not do everything they said they would do, knocked off my roof vent caps also. terrible job.

  Karen had a new roof put on two years ago and then Solar she called us up leaking in several places. They never hit any of Joyce's when solar was installed loose panels everywhere and a few problems with the roof bad wood from solar panels leaking around feet from 2 yrs ago. other roofing company that did roof 2 yrs ago, wouldn't come out told her to call the solar company and their were out of business so we replaced the roof and re affixed the Solar . We ran her two pieces of gutter off our machine ,no charge and replaced a couple $2 grass LED lights Roof looks beautiful permit finaled out and she's on file with us under warranty

  Stop sending people out to help themselves onto someone's property to berate them immediately about the condition of their roof and why they need a new roof. Do you realize where your partner was?

  If you want your roof done by a crackhead that tries to run people off the road in a company car hire these people!!! This man was tailing me so bad going side to side i thought he was literally going to hit me. So i flicked him off and he proceeded to tell me to pull over so he can beat me up🤣 Nice advertisement thank god this guy was driving a work truck Lol

  Had 3 bids and Duralast was the best. They did my roof in 2 days. Duralast also built a roof over my patio. they have a building roofing And electrical license they bid my patio roof in four days. It cooled off the back of my house tremendously and looks great. Highly recommended one stop shop.

  I run a small business out of my small workshop behind my house and on top of doing my house they also made the shingle on my workshop match my house. I am beyond impressed and happy with the service i received. They repaired my roof my shed and had permits to do it so fast. All within almost 3 days of original call. Very impressed.

  We had minor damage on a brand new roof after the 2 major storms in september 2024. They were very generous on their price cause their warehouse had our specific items on hand already. Had it repaired the following day.

  Outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was honest, transparent, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. They personally showed me the roof damage, explained my options, and recommended the best solution without any pressure. What impressed me most was the owner's involvement. Pete personally inspected the job each day and regularly checked on the progress to ensure everything was done right. Excellent workmanship, great communication, and a company you can truly trust. 10/10—I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.
