Duckback installed siding and a roof on my house. Their lead guy was extremely unprofessional and attempted to renegotiate the proposal after the work was complete. I would look at many other great companies in the area. …

Travis sounds like you had a bad experience. However It was not with Duck Back Roofing and exteriors in Peachtree city Georgia. Please double check the post and send it to the proper company.

I closed on my home in March and Duck Back was hired with my consent by the previous homeowner to replace the roof before move-in. By request of the previous home owner, the ridge vent was removed, however, no consideration was made on how this choice would effect air flow in the home. The result was disastrous. An unknown existing defect, off-ratio spray foam in the attic was off gassing and now had no place to go. When I asked to quote the restore the ridge vent, they charged 3x the average estimate and proceeded to inform me that using another roofer would void the warranty. I cannot do business with people who leverage others challenges to their economic advantage. Matt's roofing saved the day. Instead of asking $1,550 (later reduced to $1,150 for 2-3 hours of time), Matt's charged a reasonable $500 and completed the work in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Matt's roofing over Duckback. Their leadership and planning teams are superb.

Just had David out to do the fascia and soffit on our new addition. Dave started at 8:30 and finished at 6:30. He is an absolute artist my wife couldn't be happier. I know that when I replace my roof I'm using Duck Back. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends. Thank you David.

We had an amazing experience with duck back roofing. They were professional and helpful. They worked with our addition being installed at the same time as the roof being replaced. Their prices were the best of multiple quotes and we would 100% recommend!

It’s difficult to find an honest roofing company and even more difficult to find one that will take on small repairs. Duck Back Roofing came out to do a very small gutter repair. Michael was knowledgeable and professional. He gave us options and made sure the job was done right. Thank you.

They responded promptly to our call, did a thorough inspection and gave a fair quote. Two days later, as per quote, the repair team showed up 45 minutes earlier than expected! They did a professional job and I am very pleased.
