  Derek at DTM is a true professional. He spent over two hours trouble shooting a roof issue we were having and suggested the most cost effective solution when he could have easily upsold us on a fix we did not need. He arrived on time and communicated very thoroughly. A big plus is my dog really liked him! I highly recommend DTM Builds.

  Replaced metal roof in one day and two sets of doors in one afternoon and saved our butt from ton of damage when our AC drain line decided to clog on a Saturdaywhen we weren’t there. He took care of that problem too!

  Start to finish in one day! Great job on the roof. Upgraded to a class 4 shingle with ridge vents. They even repaired damaged roof decking that was unknown. Very easy to work with. Lead guy was on site from start to finish. Did a great job on clean up. By far the best cost even with the upgraded shingle class. Contact these guys. You won’t be sorry.

  We hired DTM to repair our concrete parking lot that had severe washout. I got multiple bids from various companies and their estimate was by far the most accurate and fair. We knew upfront there could be additional cost based on what was found and I felt the way the estimate was presented gave us a clear expectation if more work would be needed. The job was performed in a timely manner and the crew worked to make sure it disrupted our day to day as little as possible. Huge thank you to DTM for getting us taken care of.

  Derek with DTM came out and inspected my roof for me after the recent round of storms that hit our area. He was very informative and luckily for me he told me we didn’t have any damage that required any repairs at this time. He did notice a vent that had some old seal and took care of it for me while he was up there! I appreciated his professionalism and communication throughout the process.

  With the storm this past weekend our neighbors pergola hit a pipe on our roof causing a hole in our attic. We immediately had someone out to fix it that same day before we were expecting more bad weather! Great communication and service!

  I called Derek for a roof inspection and was honestly expecting to be told I needed a full replacement. Instead, he took the time to do a thorough inspection and provided a detailed report explaining that while there was some minor damage, the roof is still in solid condition and has plenty of life left. It’s rare to find someone who is this honest and not just trying to sell you something you don’t need. I appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and the fact that he clearly knows what he’s looking at.
