  Had them replace the whole roof. With all the vents out of the roof they just hung inside the attic. So now I have septic smell in the attic coming thru the house. Crawled up there to see why the smell. The pipe is just hanging next to the piece that goes thru the roof. Horrible unhealthy. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We paid cash $9500 (not insurance claim) and we saved up the money to have the roof redone. They have to keep coming back to repair leaks for our brand new flat roof installation. It leaks more now than before. The most recent call to address more leaks from their work was on 5/4/2022. Talked with someone and they said they would address the leaks again but haven’t heard from them since. Please beware. Overall I am very unhappy with this work. I guess I will just fix it myself. Update as of April 26, 2023 carport still leaking in the exact same places as the last 4 times they have come out to address the problem. I feel so let down and helpless and really wish I would have done my homework with this company. Update: September 10th 2023 10:37pm. Flat roof began leaking into our family room with a steady rainstorm. Leak is directly over our flat screen tv and steadily dripping. Went on the roof in the middle of the rain and set a tarp over the leaking area. Hopefully this will be addressed Monday morning and this nightmare of a roofing job will end for us. I seriously can’t take any more leaks. Feeling very frustrated and angry 😠 Update:September 14th 2023 Just came down off of the roof after covering the leaking area with a tarp. Called twice to have it addressed before the next rain but no one came to fix it. I hope it doesn’t cause any damage to the interior of my house, the weather report says 100% chance of steady rain all night. Not sure what to do I have never experienced anything like this before I just wanted the flat roof replaced so I didn’t have to worry for a while.

  Mr. Coffey I am so sorry you feel this way, according to our records our estimator did come to see you and we have on file the estimate and xactamate printout that he sent to you to reroof your home. We were never contacted about proceeding at any point. I can send you a copy if you call the office. Sorry for the inconvenience but we did do what was asked.

  Laura according to our record in 2012 you hired us to do a small patio for you which was completed. You did have issues with the roof but the entire bill except 100.00 was disputed and you were only responsible for the $100.00. the balance was written off. Sorry you had issues.

  Sorry for the inconvenience. The crews we use are usually better and we have had many customers compliment them. We do many many commercial Jobs per year so without the name of the apartments we could not address the issue with the correct crew. As you know conversations at any work place do not always stay in the realm of business at hand. As for the hour that the crews start work it is set up by building owners and agreed upon.

  Calvin Turner did my roof and they were by far the best company we have ever dealt with for our roof replacement. They went above and beyond our expectations! Their customer service was excellent, they completed the work in a timely manner, and they cleaned up so well it was like they never were even there. I highly recommend this company!

  We got an estimate to have a new roof put on on 12/14/24 the roof was done on 12/19/2024, 2 weeks start to finish. They did the roof in one day. We had great communication with them as to what was going on. They cleaned up well when the roof was completed. We will definitely use them for all our roofing needs. Fantastic company.

  Honest, Fair, Competent, Friendly and Great Value. I would use Calvin Turner again no doubt about it. They did a magnificent job replacing our roof and gutters. Calvin Turner Roofing was awesome to work with and have been around forever so they are not a fly-by-night operation like so many other roofing companies. Thank you for a job will done...   Called for roof repair estimate. They said that they would need to talk with the owner in terms of price. I had to follow up with them once only to be told they had not talked to Calvin yet. Never heard back from them. Poor customer service and follow through. If you don't want a job at least say that.

  We checked our call logs which are recorded for circumstances such as this and we do not have any call from a "Justin Dash" logged or any messages to me that I need to address a repair. Also, they NEVER ask me for a price from a phone call b/c a set price cannot be given without seeing the roof. We do NOT give any pricing or guess an estimate over the phone, so this seems a bit suspicious. Feel free to reach out to us if you'd like to straighten things out.   Had a wonderful experience with the whole team doing my roof! Very professional, and polite! The guys did an exceptional job, and cleaned up really well afterwards! I'm thrilled with my new roof, it's gorgeous! A+ service! Highly recommend!

  My roof looks fabulous! They went the extra mile and painted the vents to match the roof. They cleaned up when the job was done, not leaving anything behind. I would highly recommend them!
