Mike was very precise on what he was going to do to fix my issues and did everything he said he would and more. Mike will be the only person I call from now on. I know what to expect from him and I'm going to recommend him to all my friends. You can hire with confidence. 5 star guy, he cares about his customers.

Hi Pete, Reading this absolutely made my day! I always try to treat every home like my own, so hearing that I fixed your siding and window wraps after the storm exactly how you wanted means a lot. Having your trust and knowing you'll be recommending me to your friends is the best compliment I could ask for.

Posting for my dad, Tom, who used Dream Builders. I had a leak in my porch roof for many years that caused leaking in my home and eventually damaged my rafters. I tried to fix it many times but nothing worked so I eventually decided to have a pro come look at it. One local company didn't show up four times, another came with a translator and told me to do my own water test. Then came Dream Builders. They not only did a water test and found the leak, but spent four days rebuilding my house and porch roof. The replaced damaged sheating, sisters the rafters that had rotted, applied ice and water barrier to the entire roof and porch roof deck under the existing metal roof, and fully flashed the area. They showed up each time they said they would and communicated throughout the process. I'd highly recommend them!

Hi Tom and Josh, Thank you so much for this incredible review and for recommending Dream Builders! I am so glad I could finally track down that persistent leak, repair the rotted rafters and sheathing, and get your house and porch completely secured. Showing up on time and keeping you updated is exactly how I like to run my business, and it means a lot to hear that your experience was so positive after everything you went through with the other companies.
