Used ZP to do some repairs around the house along with a full front upper deck/balocny. I would use them again for future work. Clean, straight forward, and quick. If your in Racine, ZP Construction is all you need honestly.

ZP Construction did an outstanding job installing my new roof and gutters. Zach and his team were professional and went above and beyond. He also identified ventilation issues and recommended iVent Roto Roof vents and gable vents, which made a huge difference—my attic is now properly ventilated and my 2nd story floor is just as nice and cool as the 1st floor I highly recommend them for their honesty and quality workmanship.

Couldn’t be more happy with my overall experience getting my roof done by ZP Construction. With going through insurance from a tree falling on my house, the work that was approved was a night and day difference from the initial assessment. …

ZP Construction LLC did a great job of a small fascia repair for my house after a storm. Most companies wouldn’t bother as it was a small repair. Zack was honest and helpful. He gave me several options to fit my budget. The repair was completed same day. Zach even refunded me money as it wasn’t as large of a repair. Unheard of these days!
