When they clean up after the job, they don't cover their trailer properly. So material flys out and hits your car. Then when you let the guy know driving the truck, he flips you off. Thursday, July 23rd 2026 on i-94. Approximately 6:30pm, just incase you don't remember the guy in the Wagoneer pointing at your trailer. Thanks for the bird, real professional bud. How could anyone trust this company with their roof????

It has been 3 weeks since company came out to do estimate. I have called twice after. Received 1 call back, asking what I needed. And still haven't heard a thing. Facia was wide open on 3 sides of my house. Had to go else where.

I would never even recommend them to my enemies. They chose to come do our roof even though we made it clear we wanted a discount for their terrible communication, and being 4 weeks late, or our money back. They told us AFTER they got here …

Called for a leak was sold into a brand new roof. Leak still not fixed, now its a siding issue. No flashing installed on roof repair yet denied warranty to fix original leak. Just took my money for nothing.

Loud music early in the morning. Roofers left staples and trash in the yard.

Upon completion of our garage roof the employees left beer bottles and caps scattered around our yard as well as a bottle of human urine. Speaks volumes of their professionalism and level of respect for their customers.

There was a no call, no show, I called back to reschedule. A week later was the rescheduled appointment. Again, there was a no call and no show. I left a voicemail for the roofer and did not receive a reply at all. I called again today and I will not be using D&D in the future.

These guys are very professional and friendly. They did our roof and fixed our chimney problem. The new roof looks great. They did a great job cleaning up and the owner even came out later to spot clean any scuff marks on the siding and looks for loose nails again. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent.

Dale and his Team D & D Roofing go beyond the sale. They installed our new roof a couple years back. I needed unrelated repairs done, and they came out immediately to advise and assist. Dale solved the problem and fixed it promptly. I was so grateful. I strongly recommend this company for excellence work and service.

D & D did a fantastic job on our roof, from tearing off the old roof, to replacing tons of wood, to making sure that our gutters we the proper size for the amount of roof we had. They were conscientious, thorough, and timely. We highly recommend D& D for the best roofing job in Racine.

I called about a leak by a chimney. Dale stopped by fixed the leak and had my gutters cleaned and didn't ask for anything in return. No pressure to replace the roof even. I decided to have the roof and gutters replaced and the experience was great. Dale was knowledgeable and informative during the process. He stopped by several times to personally check on the roof and gutter install. They paid attention to details and made sure everything was cleaned up when completed. Dale had references and addresses to check out his work. Wouldn't call anyone else after this experience. D&D was the right choice.

Dale came out to check on my roof leak and he took care of the issue right away. Extremely polite and communicates well. Can’t say that for many services in the area. Will use again!
