I didn't actually get work done, but I wanted people to know about my experience getting a quote from this company. They quoted me $1,950 for some pretty minor gutter work, repitching, splash guard, etc. They offered to take off $150 if I signed up right then and there. I told them I had another company coming tomorrow to quote me, and asked them to email me their quote for my records. They said OK, never emailed me the quote. The next day the other company I called quoted me $495 for the same work. I went with that other company.

Plumbing work sub par. Did not finish the job. Left a mess in the bathroom and damage to the flooring. Left in a hurry and never heard back from them. Waste of money and time.

I had roof replaced on the house and crew that does actual work is very fast (hopefully good, time will tell). They started before 7 am and everything was completed, cleaned and packed by 3 pm. The reason for 4 stars maybe it should be 2 is everything else. Sales representative and office people are not the greatest. The company does not stand behind their own employees. I was emailing back and forth with somebody in the office but when sales person came he said that person is no longer with the company and basically everything we talked about no longer applies. I was like OK, weird but OK. That sales person (also no longer with the company as well) was typical used car salesmen. He was saying things that I knew was not true, for example we talked about gutters; he said they will remove them but since they are in great condition they will install the same back. I remember we even talked about 2 bird nests he said will be affected, well they did not remove any gutters and bird nests are still there. The other thing he said multiple times is they include lifetime warranty and if I ever sell a house it can be transferred to new owner, which is nice. The only problem is after trying to get any kind of written warranty from the office, all I was provided was IKO material warranty but they don’t have anything in writing for this lifetime warranty and I ‘ve being told this warranty stays with original owner and it is not transferable, again nothing in writing. They are pushing very hard these IKO shingles and wanted extra 2K for OC or Gap shingles. The shingles for entire house were less then 4K so this seems excessive to me. Labor is the same regardless of manufacture used. After signing a contract I was told it will be 2-3 weeks, 5 weeks later I call the office for an update, first 2 times they said need to talk to PM and get back to me and nobody ever did. 3rd time they actually call me back with estimated time (it was a week between every call). All I wanted is estima

Poor service, unreliable and would NEVER recommend This business to anyone. Worst service we’ve come across so far while building our house. Stay away from them and hire a reliable contractor.

After struggling to find the right roofing company to trust, I finally found jj, and I’m so glad I did. From our first conversation, he was honest, professional, and made the entire process easy. Huge shoutout to JJ Jennings and Vesel Services for doing an outstanding job replacing my roof! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. His crew worked incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. They showed up on time, stayed organized, worked efficiently, and made sure every detail was done right. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the quality of the finished product. My new roof looks amazing, and it’s a great feeling knowing my home is protected with quality workmanship. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward, leaving my property looking just as good as when they arrived. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company that communicates well, works efficiently, and delivers excellent results, I highly recommend JJ Jennings and Vesel Services. Also, if you’ve been approved for the City’s TID grant, I highly recommend reaching out to JJ Jennings and Vesel Services. They were knowledgeable about the process, made everything easy to navigate, and did exceptional work. Thanks again to JJ and the entire crew for all the hard work—I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

They have also provided helpful advice on the best way to handle different jobs. I will continue to use them.
