  ****Update awaiting installation of exhaust fan (additional $425) that Garrett believes is causing our "new" roof to leak from condensation. Except it only leaks when it rains! Horrible follow through.

  Hey Rita, so sorry to hear you have had trouble with your bathroom leaking! Leaks can be extremely frustrating for everyone involved. We do believe a new fan will help with your situation. Often if the roof is doing its job and you still have issues the next culprit to check is the bathroom vent because moisture can form inside the vent pipe and then water flows down the duct into the home. The bathroom fan pushes air up and out, while the air temperature outside differs so much that condensation collects, similar to a glass of water with ice on it sitting on a picnic table outside would collect water. That water shows up on the bathroom ceiling but doesn't come through the shingles. Rest assured the roof itself has been rechecked and we will continue to help problem solve with you. Meeting set for today!

  Made an appt for Double J to show up for a roof inspection/repair from wind damage. Didn't show up till 4 days later, no calls/text/notification.
