  Terrible service. They did eavesdrop for me in hole house. My neighbour company damaged part of it. So I asked for estimates for the repairs. Took them four weeks when I was calling back and forth to get estimate. With explanation job is too small. They did all my house and now they can't help me with little work. After a month with a big attitude they give me a estimate 600$ when everyone else 450$. And even then when I agree for that over price they still never get back to me. A little advice find the company who respect Costumer and can do little services us appreciation.

  We are sorry that you feel this way and felt is necessary to leave such a negative review. While we did do your eavestroughs for you more than 5 years ago, we stood by our workmanship and labour warranty for that time. Damages caused by your neighbor are not covered and we did quote you a price that we would carry out a repair for. At the time you were advised that we were fully booked up for the season with our metal department and that no guarantees could be made to have your repair fixed this season. Your choice to not seek another company to do the repair after being told this should not reflect on us being non appreciative of returning customers. Thank you Management Done Right Roofing

Unfortunately due to rising costs in materials, wages and insurances our fee for repair service calls has risen to a flat of $300. 00. Since you were a previous customer (from 10+ years) you were offered a discount to $250.00 for your repair. The fact that you chose not to go ahead with a repair by us, in no means we are not a good company. We stand behind our warranties and our employees, 100%.   If I could give less than one star I would have. I requested a quote back in May, and it was done quickly and very professionally. A few months later I had a contractor take a look at my roof and suggested I go through my insurance seeing all the wind damage that had occurred. I contacted Done Right again and asked for a report regarding wind damage so I could submit for insurance, and that was done the same day I had asked... fantastic!!! Insurance informed me i needed a recent quote aligned with the recent report. After several emails, voicemails and texts, I finally got through and was told it would be done shortly so I could proceed with booking a roof replacement. Its been a month since, and I have not heard a thing!! I ve never known a reputable company to throw away business like this. Needless to say, "Thanks Done Right for completely wasting my time!!" My advice to whoever is reading this..... find a company that demonstrates some professionalism and customer service!!!

  Good afternoon. I understand how upsetting it is to feel like a business doesn't understand. During the windstorm that happened in May, our office had over 2000 call in 2 weeks. Our service crews and regular roofing crews were working as quickly as they could and unfortunately we were unable to assist all those that called in. Our standard repair times are within a week for shingled roofs.

  They did a good job on our roof. When it came time to do the neighbors roof, they checked one outside outlet and it didn’t work so they pulled their compressor, microwave and cordless drill into our outdoor outlet, for approximately 10-11 hrs. They didn’t check the other outdoor outlet on the neighbors property. I had asked for compensation but they said it would only cost about a $1 when my partner discussed this with them. The bill came in and their was a $60 difference from our average bill. Not impressed, nor was this professional.

  We have used Done-Right roofing for a new roof on our previous home and they were great! Kind, courteous and professional and left the area clean. We have used them again for a roof repair on our newer home and they came out right away and did a great job!! Definitely recommend if you want the job "Done-Right".

  The experience with Done Right Roofing and Sheet Metal has been exceptional. We have had our roof at home as well as at the cottage and recently vinyl siding replaced on our home. The quotes done by Kevin the owner were done in a very timely fashion with all three jobs. The roofing crew were courteous and very skilled at their trade. The siding crew were open to suggestions and changes were made seamlessly. Both crews were professional and went over and above want was expected. Clean up after each day of work was done as well as at the end of the job. Professional business.

  Kevin was referred to me by a friend. I found him very professional and knowledgeable in our dealings with each other. He repaired my roof at a reasonable price and tidied up the area after the job was completed. It was a pleasure to work with him and his crew. They completed the project on time as promised.   Michelle and Kevin were very understanding of the urgency of the work I had to do. Jody did a fantastic job of opening the mansard so the plumber can get access to the pipes from the outside and came back the day after to close it. Thanks it was very appreciated.

  Done-Right is exceptional in so many ways. I very highly recommend them for roofing and also soffit and eaves replacement they did for us. Good professional, honest owners & staff. Top Quality work and also great cleanup after the job was done. I would not use anyone else for roofing.
