The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Alan is fantastic! He genuinely cares for the people he works with, and provides a top notch service. Responsiveness is one of things I care most about when finding a contractor, and Alan makes sure that he is available for any and all questions. I could not recommend him more!

Alan gave us our home back! Hurricane Michael brought so much destruction to our area and trustworthy individuals were so had to find. Alan was a pleasure to work with, dependable, and delivered!

Alan has done multiple jobs for us. He resurfaced the front of our 8 unit condo, & he has redone my roof after a major hurricane. He is my go-to for any type of contracting work I need done. Very dependable and reliable!! Highly recommend

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Donalson Contracting Llc. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
