  In 45 Years of Business, we have Never experienced a customer like Mr. Tapia. We Estimated doing a repair on the 3 sides of the fireplace that touched the roof along with a MUCH needed Chimney Cap Mr. Tapia Requested. After the Estimate was signed we ordered the Cap from the Fabrication Company. Before the Chimney Cap was Completed, Mr. Tapia emailed that he had closing on his house and the Repair not being completed was holding up his closing. We shifted 3 projects on our scheduled to get the 4 guys free to do his Repair after his email that it was holding up his closing. Four Guys worked on his repair for 10 hours. Mr. Tapia wanted to cancel the Chimney Cap that had been ordered. We went back the next Business Day and Installed the Fabricated Chimney Cap for him. AFTER all the work was completed and Chimney Cap installed, Mr. Tapia wanted the Chimney Cap for Free. We explained that we could not pay for his Chimney Cap. He Went to the BBB where we have Excellent Standing. Mr. Tapia ONLY wanted his Chimney Cap for free. We still could not give him the Install and part for free. Mr. Tapia would NOT pay any of his Invoice unless we gave him the Chimney Cap for free. We learned from Mr. Tapia's Realtor that his house was NOT IN CLOSING and he had NO offers on it. Mr. Tapia just made up a complete LIE to pressure us to do his repair when he wanted it done. Further, While doing his repairs on the 3 sides that touched his roof, we found that the entire front section of the Fireplace not in the Estimate was full of rotten wood. Mr. Tapia insisted he already had a siding company coming for the soffitt and they would handle all the rotten wood on this front section of the Chimney. The ONLY photos Mr Tapia included here were of this section the Siding Company was scheduled to tear out and repair. He has not uploaded even 1 photo of the Area in our scope of work that was signed off for us to perform. I do not know if he actually had a siding company schedul

  Mr. Peter, This is the Business Manger for A&A Roofing Company. Hurricane Michael has disabled our phones, internet, and power capabilities. Although your home is located in Panama City Beach, where a majority of our customer base is located, our offices, warehouses, equipment and personnel are located in Lynn Haven and Panama City Florida, which has been devastated, for years to come, by the enormous destruction left behind by Hurricane Michael. Your project would fall within the normal 4 day time line, except for the unforseen rotten wood and decking we encountered during the removal of your old roof. Prior to installing your new roof, State and local building codes require that we remove, replace, and repair all roof decking that is rotten and decaying. This unforseen and latent complication necessitates additional time and labor to cure, prior to installing any new roofing material. As you requested, we completed all the portions of your new roof possible, with the addition of the latent defects found in your underlying roof deck that required additional time and labor to address and remedy, and worked up until your vacation guests checked in for their previously scheduled stay in your beach unit and halted additional work as to not disturb your guests as per your request. We also altered our project calenders to accomodation the completion of your new roof on the dates you chose and requested we return. Unfortunately, the dates you requested we return and we scheduled for you were all after October 13th when Hurricane Michael came through and devastated all of the communities just over the bridge East of your location at the beach. Please know that in our preparations for Hurricane Michael, all the new metal pans we previously made for your project but could not finish installing due to the accomodation needs of your vacation guests, were all included in securing and protecting from the anticipated flood surge predicted for your area.   "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" I bought a house in St Andrews that had a Standing Seam Galvalume roof on it that was replaced 3-years earlier by A & A Roofing Company. The roof looked nice and it was one of the main reasons we bought the house. We started the remodel and found 4 of the 5 roof penetrations had leaked, letting water inside the roof which ran down the walls. It all turned into black mold in the ceiling and inside the sheet-rock walls. We have the original copy of the invoice for the work so we know the roof was only 3 years old. The invoice said they have a 10-year warranty on workmanship. We called A & A Roofing to come out to look at the roof and they agreed the roof defiantly leaked around the roof vents. They gave us an estimate of over $4,000 to repair the roof. They didn't stand behind their work! Now we have a gutted house sitting there as we try to figure out where to get the money to repair the all of the damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  A&A does a great job. They installed a standing seam metal roof on our house about 6 months before hurricane Micheal hit Bay County. I believe the roof they installed saved our home from extensive damage and am thankful for Wayne and his team! Great people providing great service and a quality product! Highly recommended!

  A&A roofing did a great job installing my new metal roof and skylight! They followed the 2020 Florida building codes for Metal roofs and the cost wasn't much more than my last roof installation around 12 years ago. The crew worked hard in the summer heat, finished in two days and cleaned up everything before leaving. Office Manager LesLee Tucker generated a Wind Mitigation form to send to my Insurance provider for a discount.

  Great company - easy to work with, professional, great workmanship. They stand behind their work. Years later, we still have no leaks or problems with the two roofs they replaced. They provided valuable assistance in trying to repair our family members’ roof when another company had botched the job. When our current home needed a new roof, they were our only consideration.
