  I called them a week ago to have them come out and inspect my roof. She took all my information and I never received a phone call. They did not earn my business.

  Called July 17th.. told me they can come 3 business days.. called following Tuesday ( my 3rd business day) and, told, no, we said 3 to 5 business days.. Today July 26th and still crickets.. our 3 to 5 business days differ ..they obviously don’t need my money., I called the REAL PROFESSIONALS and, they were here the following day.. A blessing in disguise

Since our office is closed on weekends, Tuesday was actually day 3 of that window. We also noted that you had previously contacted us back in March 2024 and were provided a quote at that time. We always strive to be transparent and timely, and we’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations. While we didn’t get the opportunity to work with you this time, we do wish you the best and appreciate the feedback as we continue to improve.

  I got a new roof from Johnson Roofing Solutions. The pricing was fair and the work was done quickly and most importantly, at a high quality level! When I had a leak in my roof, they came right out and identified that it was the solar panel company that had drilled and not patched a hole in the roof. Even though it was not their fault, the roof company patched and ensured my roof was not leaking free of charge. Everyone I have talked to at Johnson Roofing is respectful, responsive, and really awesome to interact with. Very impressed and would highly recommend!

  Craig got right out there to look at the job and called to tell me what needed done. I asked when it could be done and he replied he could do it right then. The price was fair and the service was fantastic!
