Had called to get an estimate on my roof just for them to tell me, they would come out the day after to pretty much ghost me and not contact me, no more, not sure what I did. But very unprofessional.

I was referred to this company from my insurance company and they never return calls and they say they will come out and never do and u can’t never reach anyone on the phone . Very unprofessional. Glad I didn’t hire them . Beware of them

I apologize about the misunderstanding. Heritage insurance refers me to all their customers but I do not work for heritage directly. When you called for an estimate we were not operating in your area as our daily operations are 500 miles away. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding.

We’ve had a couple of interactions with this company, including full roof replacement. Excellent service, and they have been very responsive and kind when we needed less extensive work as well. Very gracious to us, and kind. I’d use them again and recommend wholeheartedly!

I was hit by Hurricane Milton here recently in Pinellas county florida and had my roof torn off. I didn't know what I was going to do. A big black truck rolled into our community and was looking for the manager to talk to him about helping the people who had damage. I overheard them talking and when they were done I asked him (justin) if he would come look at my roof and give me an idea of what it would take and how much it would cost. Justin climbed up on my home and told me that he could have it livable in a matter of hours.A few day's later I recieved a call from Justin saying he was in the area and wanted to look at the roof again to see what he would need to do the job. He said he would be right back. 30 minutes later he was back and 2.5 hours later he had my roof sheated and dried in and done . Prepped for the next phase. I just can't say enough about Justin. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He made me feel more relaxed with the whole situation. I would Highly recommend this company and justin to and for all your roofing needs and professional installation. Again thank you Justin for all that you have done for me. Hurricane Milton didn't win with justin to the rescue.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, but my experience was too great not to share with the community! I highly recommend "Jerry Wilson's Roofing" for all your roofing repair needs. I had the best experience from the moment I called for assistance till the final walk thru of the finished job! I worked directly with Justin Taylor who took the time to come out within 2 hours of my initial phone call to assess my damages. He was very patient and thorough in explaining my repair options which allowed me the opportunity to make the best decision based on my situation! Once the agreement was made on the repairs, their foreman Michael Rodriguez and crew began repairs at exactly 7AM sharp the next day as expected, and the job was done within 24 hours. I must also mention the cleanup was beyond impressive, there was no evidence of screws, shingles, or any debris left behind. I cannot express enough how happy and beyond satisfied I am with the professional job well done. A special thank you for giving us piece of mind on a doing such amazing work! Kudos to you and your entire crew Mr. Jerry Wilson! I sincerely appreciate it. – Mary Garza and Family

These guys were at my house early morning and all were extremely respectful. I'm 65 and been around liars and cheaters all my life. Jerry's sons and workers did exactly what was promised. Actually, they did more than what I thought would be done. They replaced my roof along with replacing some rotten wood and siding. I am so pleased and excited with the results. I received way more than I paid for. I got 4 more quotes and no one would touch the siding. Jerry just said,,,"No Problem". I thought he'd just "patch" the rotten wood but he replaced almost the whole back of the house and replaced every panel and trim. I cried with happiness when I saw the results. Jerrys honest and a man of his word. Brandon spotted other places that needed replaced and he got it done with no mention of extra money. One price and I received way more than I expected. His 8 to 10 workers spent 2 days from sun up to sun down working. They were fast. I am now a forever Jerry fan and so glad he was recommended to me. I saved alot of money. I am so thankful for Jerry and his workers. Thanks Brandon and Jerry.

If you are looking for a dependable company for roofing and construction, use Jerry Wilson Roofing and Construction. Their attention to detail is amazing and impressive. They take pride in a job well done and it definitely shows in the finished product. The materials they use are the best quality and they guarantee their work.. The employees are respectful and complete the job above and beyond what is expected. On our job, they even drove from Florida to Mississippi to purchase our unique materials. This company listens to your suggestions and explains why they will be able to or not accomplish them. In many cases their thoughts on a design were much better than what we had in mind. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work they did on our home. At the end of each day, everything was left clean and orderly. Josh was also great at keeping us informed on all construction plans. He was prompt and precise in completing our beautiful remodel. We highly recommend this company!
