  Extremely rude aggressive sales people ignoring no trespassing and no soliciting signs. Disrespectful and inappropriate. After he could not bully me into his service, he responded with "you're probably just a renter anyway." This is all on camera as well. I left a message with your company, and I expect a call back. Update: I spoke with the owner who refused to give me the information on the gentleman who was trespassing and said, ill just give you my info and you can sue me. I am not interested in suing the owner, I need the information of the employee who was trespassing so I can press charges. However I do have him clearly on video and the tag number of the vehicle. Aggressively attempting to bully and belittle a homeowner into your services while trespassing is not a good way to do business. The owner was just as aggressive on the phone as his employee was in person and I will not be talked to in the manner he was speaking to me. The address was known to the company as the employee was made aware he was trespassing on the property, so he was well aware of the address as you can see below they state they are replacing the neighbor's roof. The ring camera footage will be provided as evidence of the trespassing to the magistrate, I am under no obligation to provide this to an aggressive owner or employee of your company. A week later on 3.18 same employee was right back out on my property ignoring the no soliciting signs as he was hanging things on my door. If you addressed this internally, obviously he did not listen or does not feel that no soliciting signage applies to him.

  I am very satisfied with the work done by DON ROOFING & EXTERIOR. They were very efficient, professional, and punctual. They repaired my roof, replaced the gutters, and left the area very clean. Based on my experience, I give them this rating and highly recommend them.

  I cannot say enough good things about DON Roofing and Exterior. I am truly grateful for the level of care and integrity this company showed. What started as a simple repair turned into something much bigger. A portion of my roof had lifted, and birds ended up building a nest inside and laying eggs. By the time we realized what was happening, the eggs had already hatched and there were baby birds living in the roof. The team initially came out just to close the hole, but when they discovered the situation, they went above and beyond. Instead of just sealing it up, they carefully opened another section of the roof to safely remove the birds and the nest, then properly closed everything back up. What really stood out is that they did all of this extra work without charging me anything additional. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare these days. They were quick, responsive, easy to schedule with, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they handled the situation with professionalism and compassion. I will absolutely be using DON Roofing and Exterior for all of my future home exterior needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service.

  I met Jody in the neighborhood and I had a customer that had damaged shingles to his roof. he was able to help me replace the shingles and then I was able to paint his bathroom from the leak and everybody was happy. Jody was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I’ve seen a handful of roofs they’ve done in the neighborhood and think they all look great!

  From the initial conversation, I felt like a could trust this young man. He explained everything thing. Handled all the correspondence with the insurance company. Communicated with me everything step of the way. He did not try to hustle me. I’m very pleased with my new roof!
